I would give a ZERO STAR IF I CAN. I had a very disappointing experience with Ventura pluming and heating today. The technician who came to my home appeared uninterested and made little effort to address the issue. When I referenced my conversation with the owner the day before regarding installing some sort of insulation for the backyard pipe , the technician simply responded that I would need to speak with the owner directly and plus I don't have that in my truck. . This lack of communication and coordination was frustrating. Additionally, when I asked about the leak in my front yard hose, I was given vague possibilities rather than a clear diagnosis, and was even told I might need to purchase a hose myself which be this and could that or something. That is not the level of service I expect when hiring a professional. So tell me what else I need to purchase myself/ figure it out myself? So why do I need to PAY YOU? If I am expected resolve the issue on my own, there is little reason to hire a plumbing service. I was hoping for expertise and a solution, but unfortunately did not receive either. I will not be using this company again.

Reasonable price | $100–200 These guys are awesome. Small family run business and the entire experience was a pleasure from their instant picking up of the phone to sending a plumber to my home for a quick faucet swap. The plumber was smart and well trained and did a great job. Highly recommend Ventura Plumbing!!

The entire process has been very good. The day of the water heater / boiler problem we called Ventura Plumbing. They sent John and Jose over to fix this problem the next day and everything was done right. These guys are great and this company does the job right. I can't say enough good things about Ventura Plumbing. My wife and I were looking for a honest and upright professional whose business model is not based on up charging customers for general plumbing/heating services or getting us to sign up for "VIP" plumbing subscription services. We wanted a smaller local company that did not route our calls from department to department. They were punctual, professional and polite throughout the process. The service technician discovered a faulty valve when completing the annual servicing of our water heater. We had also used them to unclog our kitchen sink and investigate a small leak in our living room. They were able to make an accurate diagnosis of our plumbing issues which were quickly resolved within a 24 hour time period and at a reasonable price.
