I would not recommend Strongwater Restoration to any property owner, general contractor, or real estate development professional dealing with water damage, mold remediation, or restoration issues. I would recommend using another remediation company like Servpro instead. In my experience, Strongwater appears to primarily work through property management companies, and I did not feel that they handled my matter in a way that reflects the interests of individual owners or sponsors. I recently spoke with Rose from Strongwater Restoration regarding a condominium unit I was evaluating for major renovations and remediation work. Rose recommended that I contact BNF Consulting to have a mold inspection performed, and she stated that BNF’s mold report would be used to guide Strongwater’s inspection, estimate, and remediation scope. Based on Rose’s recommendation, I paid over $1,000 for BNF Consulting to inspect the property and generate a mold inspection report. However, after I obtained the report, Rose and Strongwater stopped returning my calls and emails. Instead, Andre from Strongwater later contacted me and stated that they were too busy to even provide an estimate for the project. This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I relied on Strongwater’s guidance, spent a significant amount of money obtaining the inspection report they recommended, and then Strongwater declined to review the report or produce a remediation estimate for the property. Overall, Strongwater wasted my time, caused me to incur unnecessary upfront costs, and failed to communicate professionally. I would not recommend this company to property owners, developers, or contractors who need responsive, owner-focused remediation support. Property owners should be very cautious and consider working with a company that communicates clearly, follows through, and treats individual property owners as actual clients, because Strongwater does not.

Great price My family and I had a devastating fire at our family home back in September 2025 .We had not only fire damage smoke damage and water damage which went pretty much throughout our whole house. We were not able to live there from that day on. We met Joe Bernardo from Strongwater restoration that night thru a referral from a friend . He immediately made us feel back in control of our lives and hopeful that we would return to our home. He arranged to have our home secured that night ( windows doors boarded and tarp on back of the house. My husband and I are strong people but you feel very anxious and vulnerable when you are homeless. Joe is very knowledgeable in dealing with insurance policies and was able to put our minds at ease . Another huge asset to the Strongwater company and to us was our project manager Stefania Zielinski we met with her within days of the fire . She was so professional and down to earth . Stefania explained the process of removing all the damaged structures walls floors etc. what could be salvaged what can’t be and why. She is educated and knows the business but always spoke to us in terminology that we understood . Stefania and her workers were so punctual and hardworking . They gutted 2500. Plus square footage completely removing demo daily the most cleanest work site . They also packed up what could be cleaned and stored and moved personal items to our rental home . I never knew this service existed but am so grateful for Joe and Stefania’s and their staff and for Strongwater restorations company. I would 100% recommend their services for any body going thru fire flood or in need of assistance with a project . They get the job done and right . Reasonable price After having plastic smoke damage, Joe B from Strongwater requested to evaluate. I had already called a national franchise and had them both review. Joe brought Sean with him and they reviewed what we were facing and told us what we needed and what we did not at this juncture. The national chain seemed more of an upsell and did not address the same issues that Strongwater proposed. The Strongwater crew was polite and efficient and fortunately we are back to normal. Jonatan checked in as the project manager and they were insistent on making sure things came out right. They recommended a duct cleaning company as that is not in their purview and they were excellent as well. Most importantly, they provided reassurance that things would be improved and they kept to that promise. It is not something that we had any experience before (nor wish again), but if it did, I would have no hesitation contacting Strongwater Restoration. Services Service not listed

This company was hired to do a mold remediation. They packed up our belongings broken them and stole some! The whole process was awful. Dishonest and terrible work!! Save yourself the trouble and find a better company!

The mold remediation project in question was contracted and approved solely by the property management company, who provided us with a signed letter of satisfaction upon completion. We understand frustrations can arise during restoration projects, especially when additional requests fall outside the approved scope of work or insurance coverage. Unfortunately, we are bound by the agreements and authorizations provided by the property manager and cannot perform unapproved or uninsured work. I'm adding onto a previous review in which Strongwater did reply. They excused the lack of communication after Nadiia left as "protocol" but before Rose took over, Nadiia did a fantastic job of communicating. The only actual communication I received from Rose was an email requesting I take the review down, but no projected date of when they would be back to remove their materials, fix what was incomplete or put back the items removed from windows & walls in the apartment. So no, I won't be removing reviews that shed light on their practices & lack of communication. It's now another month gone by where I have no curtains on windows or shelves on the walls that the company removed & another company had to come in & fix what they did because they refused to work with management after my review. That's not professionalism at all & it doesn't deserve positive feedback.

I had high hopes for this company, but I am disappointed in the work, the professionalism & the poor communication. They were hired by my management agency to repair water damage & left a huge mess for me to clean. They never returned to clean their plastic, tape or replace items that were taken down to complete the repairs. The repairs are incomplete, leaving holes where there were none. It looks unfinished & despite multiple attempts to communicate, Rose at Strongwater has not returned calls & I still have no answer as to how any of this will be remedied. I wouldn't recommend this company to do anything.

Strongwater Restoration is awaiting the approval of the property management/board to begin the rebuild phase. We typically only communicate directly with a building's tenants when we need entry into the unit. Sometimes, we are directed not to communicate directly with a tenant.
