Great price After we had a fire in our co-op I began searching for a mitigation company to make our home safe to live in again. After reaching out to a few of the "big name" companies and getting some criminally high quotes i was so discouraged. I was then referred to IFR and spoke with Brad who explained that they are a local company who truly cares about helping their neighbors in a time of crisis. Within hours of our phone call Nelly was there assessing my situation and offering solutions. Brad, Nelly, and the rest of the team pulled out all the stops and went above and beyond to mitigate the smoke damage and make our home safe for our family, including our infant daughter to move back in. 10/10 cant recommend enough!

A couple weeks ago, I had a fire at my house. iFlooded is an excellent company. My family experienced a fire and they responded quickly and professionally. They explained the whole process which was great because we’ve never had a fire before. Look elsewhere if you want to be valued as a customer. I contact them for some mold remediation that needed to be done for a mortgage refinance. They sent someone out to look, but never provided me with an estimate and did not return my texts.

Would like to commend this company and Mr Alex C on their quick response and professional work. I had an unfortunate accident happen with a sprinkler head which in turn damaged 4 floors below in the afternoon and i was going crazy. I contacted flooded restoration and was able to get a team out to where i was the same night. They set up all there equipment to begin the drying process to avoid any mold build up. And we kept in contact to continue with the repair process. Thank you for your professionalism and promt response.

After our kitchen flooded, we tried calling 3 different services, including a plumber, and none of those companies were helpful. Calling iFlooded Restoration was the best decision we could have made. Alex Calderon came out the same day that we called and was incredibly helpful in starting the mitigation process. Alex guided us in the claims process with the insurance company. He was very responsive and understanding of the urgency to get our kitchen restored as soon as possible. We highly recommend this company. Everyone is very professional and friendly. Highly recommended. We got in touch with this mitigation service after a bad sewage backup in our basement. Alex was the project manager and we could not have asked for a more thorough and honest point person to communicate with. He and his team of hard working professionals cleaned the area, going above and beyond to remove debris and sanitize the area. They also worked with us through our insurance to make sure we were taken care of at every level of service.

iFlooded was one of the companies I called in a panic on a Sunday night after sewage water suddenly backed up through my drain pipe and flooded my basement. Brad answered all my questions over the phone and assured me that Alex would come to assess the situation the next morning. Alex was prompt and professional. I really appreciate how they encouraged me to look over my homeowners insurance policy to check if I have coverage for this and sure enough I did! I wasn't in the headspace to think to do that, so I'm glad they prompted me to do so. Their crew showed up within a few hours and extracted all the water/sewage, separated all my belongings into contaminated vs not contaminated, disinfected the floor & items that could be salvaged, cut away the bottom 2 feet of the drywall, and discarded all that was damaged. Alex was very helpful with the insurance claim and did all of the paperwork required. Communication was clear and prompt through the whole process. This sudden event felt like a stressful nightmare, but the iFlooded team really helped me through it. They set up their drying/dehumidifying equipment for a week and now I feel like I can put this behind me. Thanks, iFlooded!
