New Not sure Had Silverman come to look at a job and give an estimate on a property we are renovating. After the appointment, we never received an estimate, after I followed up 3x, I gave up. Thankfully there are many HVAC companies to work with that have much better customer service.. Services Heating system installation

Overpriced | $1,800–2,000 There was no water in the house because the old water heater was leaking. It took these folks one WEEK to get me up and running. In spite of many calls to get at least water going in the house, they couldn't care less. Installation was professional, so they get 2 stars for that , none for humanity. I thought the fee was a little steep, but everything costs more today. Services Water heater installation

Reasonable price Great company - reliable and professional. I’ve used them for a couple years now and always a job well done … and at a reasonable price. AJ and Giovanni were here today to replace and upgrade pvc piping and they did a fantastic job. Last year they installed a whole house water filter system with a neutralizer and softener. Highly Recommend this company. Services Plumbing pipe repair

Not sure | $400–600 Silverman Mechanical installed a mini-split and dehumidifiers in our summer bungalow in 2024. Tyler and Joe came out for an annual service call to ensure that it is all working as expected. Tyler and Joe were professional, diligent, and thorough. It is always a pleasure to deal with Silverman as their staff is knowledgable and patient about all types of queries. Services Ductless heating & A/C services, Service not listed

Overpriced | $600–800 If I could give them zero stars I would. I have been dealing with them for a couple years now through my job in which we give them hundreds of thousands of dollars. I entrusted them working on a job for a family member and the woman Patti in the office took the word of their technician that he said to move everything or everything in the area will get ruined. I said regardless of what was or was not said, I would like to some how make things right and she wouldn't budge and just kept making excuses how good the technicians are and wouldn't ever dare mess up. I just want to warn you if you go to use them expect a ginormous bill, a huge mess, and no discount off. And now two days later, the shower still can not be used. Services Toilet repair

AJ from Silverman came and I was blown away with his friendliness, knowledge, ability to explain in detail what was going on. He gave me honest opinions. I've dealt with many plumbers over the past few years and was never able to find one that I thought was so straight forward, reasonable and detailed. I HIGHLY recommend going with Silverman. I will definitely be using them for all my plumbing work going forward. Try them first.
