Reasonable price This was my first time using Frank, and I was genuinely pleased with the service. He was honest and upfront with me from the beginning, with no upselling or pressure to do unnecessary work. He did exactly what he said he would do and even took care of some extra work without charging me for it. It’s rare to find someone you feel you can really trust, and I never once felt like I was being overcharged or taken advantage of. I’ll definitely be using Frank again and would highly recommend him.

You can just say “no” to a job, you don’t have to bully someone (could it be because they were a woman???) over it who doesn’t know anything about plumbing…next time try that with a man around. It was my first time using this company and Im very pleased. My water heater died unexpectedly and they were at my house the next morning and had a new one installed in an hour. FIND ANOTHER PLUMPER! Until recently I was using the services of Frank the Preacherman for over 9 years. 9 years ago Frank installed a storm water trench and did a major plumbing renovation to my seasonal cabin, since then I’ve been using Frank annually to winterize my cabin and any other minor plumbing issue, until today. This past weekend the ejector system he installed during the plumbing renovation stopped working and caused my basement to flood. When I contacted him he texted me he was out of town for the weekend. I asked him to look at the pump when he returns (he has his own access to my cabin). Frank texted me back and gave me a text lecture regarding a different pump that I never repaired and stated if I don’t care he can’t care for me . . . not sure what that was about. After 2 days of not hearing back I texted him again asking if was going to have time to look at the pump this week. I received a text back explaining how busy he is and he is a COD company only and will provide no work unless the homeowner is there to pay him M-F 8-4:30 . . . after 9 years of service, knowing I’m not able to be there M-F that’s the response I received. So much for his customer service, especially to someone he’s been working with for 9 years! Find yourself another plumber! Negative Responsiveness, Professionalism

Frank was incredibly accommodating to my needs. He came earlier than our appointment because I was worried about my plumbing issue and he wanted to make sure all was ok. Very nice person who knows his stuff. I will absolutely use Preacherman Plumbing in the future. I dont know how his pricing compares to others, but what I paid was absolutely worth the money.

Preacherman is the absolute BEST! He responds quickly and does meticulous work. He's also a pleasant conversationalist. The work he did for me (installing a dishwasher) was thorough and thoroughly checked before leaving. He removed the old dishwasher and took it downstairs for the haul-away drivers from Home Depot. Next time I need any type of plumbing work done, it's Preacherman! Good prices, honest and fair. I'm a very happy customer and will recommend Preacherman to all my friends and colleagues.
