5 stars for this family business! Great price | $1,000+ I had that nightmare scenario – the water heater blew on Saturday morning during memorial day weekend. Mike really was a hero. He took care of everything from walking me through which model to buy as a replacement, then went to Lowe's to pick it up, removed the old one, installed the new one, and just like that we were better than new. And there was no holiday or weekend upcharge. A+ service from an A+ dude and an A+ local company.

Reasonable price | $1,000+ I had a great experience with Sewer Heroes. I live in the Bronx (on a hill) and needed a new sewer line installed. I called every Master Plumber in NYC and LI and could not find anyone who would take the job. Insert Sewer Heroes. Not only did they take they take the job but they delivered the best service I could have asked for. The team was professional and did minimal demo. I was sure this job would take at least a week and they managed to finish up in 2 days. I was truly impressed by the teams workmanship and skill. Thank you to Mike, Manny and the rest of the Sewer Heroes team. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services (especially a sewer line install) in NYC or Westchester. Great price We just had our main sewer pipe lined and replaced all our basement sewer pipes due to a clog in a sewer line. Mike came out and did a video assessment and determined what needed to be done immediately and what could wait. He was so knowledgeable and took time to clearly explain the problem (very old disintegrating pipes) and the repair process. His crew was great. They were on time, incredibly hard working and left everything as clean as possible when they were done. What could have been a very stressful repair went very smoothly and now I don’t have to worry about my sewage lines for a very long time! I definitely recommend them if you are having problems. Thank you for the thoughtful review! We’re really glad Mike was able to perform a thorough sewer camera inspection and clearly explain the condition of the old sewer pipes and the repair options. Identifying issues early with a proper video sewer inspection helps homeowners understand whether they need sewer repair, pipe lining, or other drain solutions. Our team works hard to make even large projects like sewer pipe lining and sewer line repairs go as smoothly as possible, and we’re happy to hear the crew kept everything clean and completed the work efficiently. It means a lot to know that what could have been a stressful situation turned into a positive experience. Thank you again for trusting Sewer Heroes Inc. for your sewer repair and pipe lining project.

Had a drainage emergency and called Sewer Heroes as they came recommended by my regular plumber. They answered the call and were able to come within a couple hours, in the snow! From the beginning, until the end they were professional and courteous, taking care of the work they were doing in my home. They determined, after they attempted to water jet the line out to the street, that I had a bigger issue than what was anticipated. If any of you have heard of Orangeburg Pipe, I suggest you do some research and potentially look into one of the two options I was presented with: 1. Total excavation and replacement. 2. Trenchless lining the existing line. I opted for the trenchless lining as it was the most cost effective option given the season. The technician, Mike and his partner explained the process in great detail. Moreover, they took their time in explaining the process and pros/cons. No pressure and never felt rushed. He provided me all the options and walked me through the entire process so that I could make a more educated decision. Mikes knowledge and experience with the lining process was extremely helpful. Of course, a follow up review will be written upon completion of the job. Stay tuned… Thank you Mike for your help today!

Thank you for the detailed review and for trusting Sewer Heroes Inc. during a drainage emergency. We’re glad Mike was able to respond quickly, perform a thorough sewer camera inspection, and explain what was happening with the existing Orangeburg sewer line. Older Orangeburg pipes can deteriorate over time, which is why identifying the issue early with proper hydro jetting and sewer inspection equipment is so important. We always want customers to fully understand their options, whether that’s a full sewer line excavation and replacement or a trenchless sewer pipe lining repair. Mike takes pride in walking homeowners through the entire process so they can make the best decision for their property without feeling rushed or pressured. Thank you again for the kind words and for recommending our team. Sewer Heroes Inc. proudly provides drain cleaning, hydro jetting, sewer camera inspections, trenchless pipe lining, and sewer repair services.

There’s no other plumbing company I would trust more in Brewster than Sewer Heroes. They came to clear out the drain and get our sewer unclogged so it would stop flooding our basement within 1 hour of calling them. After the line was cleared they camera inspected the sewer to show all the issues since it was an older home. Lots of roots! We ended up doing a pipe lining to solve the issue for good. Thankfully Dennis and the team were so good at handling everything like pros. They really took care of my home!

$900–1,000 Really didn’t want to leave a negative review but this company refuses to refund me a deposit for work that was never done. I had Dennis Garcia out to look at a possible clog in my drain. Very minor issues that caused slow drainage. He put a camera in the line and identified an issue. He asked for a $1000 deposit to set an appointment for the next week to come back to do the work. My wife was 39 weeks pregnant at the time so I wasn’t sure what our schedule would look like so I asked if the deposit was refundable. I was told it was refundable and nothing to worry about if we needed to cancel so I sent the $1000 to Dennis. Two days later I decided to hold off on the work, I notified Dennis and was told I would be getting a refund (minus cost to come out and diagnose the issue). It’s been 3 weeks with no refund and Dennis has stopped responding at this point. Other reviews are great for this company so hopefully this is just a miscommunication issue and I will get my money back soon.
