They meticulously packed up all of my things and made the house ready for reconstruction. Great price Our finished basement was flooded from a blown water expansion tank. Not knowing what to do I called my contractor Rob who immediately recommended Jimmy at ServPro. Due to the freezing temperatures recently, my entire finished basement was flooded with water due to pipe bursts. Great price My plumber gave me Jimmy’s number when I had a flood in the crawl space under my house. They all came the next day and cleaned the whole space out while Jimmy worked with me with the paperwork. They are amazing. Hopefully I will never need them again but if I do they will get the call. Let’s be honest, you never want to need Servpro, but when you do, call Servpro of Amityville/Lindenhurst. I had a septic tank issue (I'll leave it to your imagination) at a rental property. They handled it with promptness and efficiency. They made a pretty unpleasant situation much easier to deal with. If you ever find yourself in need of cleanup help, these folks will take care of it.

I have been remiss in not posting this review earlier. On Labor Day I went into the basement at 8:00am and found 2" of water. After turning off the water main I called my plumber who stopped the problem and got my water back on. He then referred me to Jimmy and his crew. Within a short time his crew was there and by 3:00pm my basement had been drained of water. (And I have a big basement!)The next day they were there making sure that mold would not be a problem. And weeks later they had made my basement look like new. Incredible job. Incredible crew.
