I have been using this plumber for over 20 years, and I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough. This is the second time I've used Sasso plumbing for large jobs (i.e. digging under our yard to find old and busted pipes) on our older property. I can't recommend him highly enough. He is professional, punctual, straightforward, and, most importantly, supremely competent. Both times, he has done incredible work at a fair price. I would give 10 stars if I could.

When my sewer line backed up into the house on Easter, it was incredibly stressful. We initially called another company who cleared the line but then sent a high-pressure salesperson with an extremely expensive and invasive proposal that involved tearing up our driveway and drilling into the foundation. Wanting a second opinion, I reached out to Mike—and I’m so glad I did. He came out the very next day, used a camera to thoroughly inspect the line (seeing much further than the first company), and clearly explained the actual issue and a much more practical solution. Instead of unnecessary disruption, Mike and his team were able to replace the sewer line by only digging up a section of the lawn—no damage to the driveway or foundation. They showed up the next day, handled all permits and inspections, and had the entire job completed and cleaned up by 3:30 PM. I was honestly amazed at how efficient, professional, and CLEAN the crew was—they even hosed down the driveway afterward. Exceptional work, fair pricing, and no pressure. I highly recommend Mike and his team.

I had a truly disappointing experience with Sasso Plumbing. A pipe burst in my baseboard, causing water to gush out and flood both the first and second floors of my home. I called Sasso immediately and left a message with their call operator, who assured me that a technician would contact me shortly. Three hours passed with no response. I called again, went through the same process, and was told I’d hear from someone soon. Another two hours passed—still nothing. I called a third time and received the same assurance, yet no one ever reached out. Now it’s the next day, and I still haven’t heard back from anyone at Sasso Plumbing. Even if they were unable to come out, a simple courtesy call would have gone a long way. Being completely ignored during an emergency is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I don’t think I will ever attempt to use their services again.

I had an Emergency and I have a Contract with a third party… They sent someone who didn’t have the right equipment… Big wast of time…! The reason why I say this is because you can always ask what choices you Have? Because of computer error Mike Sasso (Owner) was given the wrong number, and showed up twice… HE DID NOT HAVE TO COME BACK, but he did fixed my problem quickly and Clean Friendly people work there. We woke up in the morning to find no hot water, and when I went downstairs to the basement, not only did I see that the water heater was broken, but water had also leaked all over the floor. I called three different plumbers, and Sasso was the third. After leaving a message with the live person who took my call, Mike Sasso called me back within minutes, and then said he'd be there around lunchtime. Sure enough, he called again to let me know he was on his way, and arrived right when he said he'd be there. He and his crew replaced the broken water heater promptly, and the problem was solved. What I like most about Sasso Plumbing is that Mike was reliable and honest—he made it easy to get help right away for our pressing issue, and he did exactly as he said he would. He was also direct and helpful with his problem-solving and his advice. The next time we have a plumbing issue, I will definitely call him again. Thanks Mike! We had issues with our sewer line and contacted HomeServe who sent Sasso Plumbing early the next day. Mike and his crew did a great job replacing the old line that had been compromised from age and roots growing through it. My basement toilet backed up overnight and made a big mess.we had to turn the water off completely to stop the flooding. We have an agreement with HomeService & called them right away..because it was the 4th of July weekend the plumber they contacted could not come until Tuesday, the 5th. He was not able to help and told us he would tell HomeService to send someone else. The next day Mike came with his assistant..they removed the toilet so they could send a snake as well as a camera into the pipe. They found a hole in the pipe and were able to cut enough of the tree roots to allow me to turn on our water. He said he would come at 7:30am the next day to replace the damaged pipe. Mike and his assistant were terrific..they clearly know what they’re doing and nothing was damaged. By 10:30 all the dirt was back in the ground and they had seeded and cleaned everything up. If you’re looking for a team that say what they mean and do what they say look no further. Services Sewer repair
