The technician arrived and before he started i ask ed what was the cost of the repair… he stated a price and i asked him to proceed, at the same time i handed him a discount coupon i had gotten off the internet . The technician said it would be honored. Once the work was completed he handed me the invoice , which was increased by the amount of the discount. When question he said i don’t make the prices. i paid the invoice called Rooter Roter but in the last two weeks i have gotten nothing but double talk..I was also informed they would schedule ia camera hose to inspect the pipe, which was part of the price…. never happened…i will skip their service next time… there are plenty of others out there.
