Mr Roy and Mr Ethan were on time and professional and polite. They had my drain leak issue diagnosed within 20 minutes and will have the problem solved before lunch. It was a relatively simple problem (which as a retired construction worker I was sure it was) and they were honest about the problem instead of gouging the customer which seems to be common for old people like myself. I truly enjoyed their visit as they were pleasant above all else Thank you Mr Roy and Roto Rooter

Upon reviewing the service we provided for you, we do see that we sent our technician to you after hours as you had requested. Upon arriving, our technician took photos of the cleanout that overflowed underneath your residence prior to his arrival. Our technician arrived at 5:53PM, was able to unclog the line under your home and get it flowing successfully again. He then departed at 6:35PM making the total job time at your residence 42 minutes. After reviewing the service we provided for you, the price does align with the service cost. As far as cleaning up after the service, we do offer cleanup services through our water restoration department at additional cost, but our technicians do not clean up areas as part of a drain cleaning service. Our customer's satisfaction is our top priority, if you have any other questions or concerns, please call our main office at 423-855-1212.

There are so many positive things I can say about the services I have had with Roto Rooter but I just summarize with Kyle and Tony came right out after I placed my call, fixed the problem with my main water line and charged exactly what was quoted. Definitely using them from here on out. I'm a happy camper and you would be too so give them a call ASAP.

We called Roto Rooter to take a look at our 15 year old grinder pump. First guy came out and gave a repair estimate without taking off the cap to see the condition of pump. That afternoon, I got a call from the office that they wanted to send a supervisor over to make sure the estimate was correct. Tony Calestini, the supervisor who covers Windstone knew the estimate had to be wrong. Within an hour he was at the house. Tony inspected the pump and electronics. Needless to say, the 15 year old pump was corroded beyond recognition and needed replacement. Tony saved us thousands in possible sewage back up due to failure. He was thoughtful and treated our home as if it were his own. So Happy It’s Tony- so I didn’t have any S H I T happen! Tony also serviced our Navien tankless water heater and shored up some pipes in the crawl. Pricing was very fair. We highly recommend him and thank him for being so conscientious and he is a great guy too!

Huge shout out to Jeremey and Dylan who came out to snake my drain. My basement was over flowing from the Standpipe/clean out access. They were fast to respond and very knowledgeable. Excellent work. I will be using them again and will ask for Jeremey and Dylan specifically! They are a great team.
