Great price RESTO CORP IS AWESOME!!! I had a pipe burst overnight on upper floor that flooded the two family home I manage. The tenant called me at 630am and got the water turned off and I was there by 8am to assess the damage, which destroyed both apartments and flooded the basement with about 3-4 inches of water. I had knowledge of Resto from a colleague who had insurance related damage and spoke highly of them. I called Chris after my quick assessment, he asked some questions, and he was at the site within about 1 1/2 hours. He reassured me that this wasn't the end of the world. While enroute to meet me, Chris had already alerted his crew and had them responding with drying fans and pumps. He also had a full size dumpster enroute which arrived by early afternoon. The dumpster was quickly filled within a day or two, and more were needed as they tried very hard to stay ahead of mold and other damage. (i think by job end, it was over 5 dumpsters). They got it dried out, and found asbestos tiles were used in house, which complicated things more. But they mitigated that, and then began the interior demo work. The house was taken down to studs wood floors and exterior walls. Everything was sprayed with mold retardant. The Resto team and my realtor did a walk through and reviewed the floor plan in both apartments. We made some simple wall movement changes of closets and bedrooms that opened up more space in the existing space, even though that sounds oxymoronic. We all recognized this was the time to do it, and would be the most cost effective way to do it, as the insurance was going to be covering much of these minor changes as part of the restoration. And then the rebuild began. Chris and his team were proactive in keeping me in the loop, handled everything with insurance billing, and after almost a year from date of the damage, which totaled almost $200,000, handed me the keys back to an practically brand new house. They did it all, or had trusted quality sub contractors when needed. I wrote quite a , but could have written so much more praising Resto. Everything they did was client centric and they understood what needed to be done in the timelines that worked. They didn't just hit a home run, they sent the ball over the wall and far into the parking lot! I am grateful for their hard professional work that returned the home to better condition than where it was before the flood. Thank you!
