I used Service Master Restoration by QuickResponse for my apartment repairs and restoration after a water damaged. I loved the finishing touches of my apartment starting with the floors, kitchen, painting and the baseboard walls they put everything so nicely. I’m very happy with the end results. ServiceMaster restore by quick response was referred to me by USAA. What a mess chasing them around. First, Matt came by to inspect the property and told me he would need the owner Brian to stop by for a more thorough inspection and report of damages from water sustained in the property. Reached out to him a week later and he said, I can get him to come by after you agree to let us handle the insurance claim/work on the interior. after a mutual agreeance, insurance sent them a check for the initial work based upon his inspection. Didn't hear back from them via email or phone for 2 more weeks. After finally reaching Matt on the phone, he tells me that we are too busy to help you at the moment, something about we are working on ice damming and other claims due to recent snow storms here in New Jersey. Uhm what? So you take an initial deposit for work and verbally agree to follow up on further inspection and work, but don't deliver because you are chasing other insurance claims? long story short, I reached out to USAA and filed a complain on the company and their practices. I had high hopes with the ServiceMaster brand, but what a waste of time.

We had water damage resulting from a washing machine overflow. There was damage to the carpeting in the adjacent bedroom(new carpeting we selected was installed)..there was damage to the hardwood flooring ( which was sanded, stained and sealed)...and there was damage to the hallway carpeting (which was sent to an outside rug cleaning company). ServiceMaster sent separate "specialty" crews to repair all three "jobs". The work was done on time and to our 100% total satisfaction. ServiceMaster worked directly with our insurance company which saved us lots of time.

This organization was top notch from the beginning to the end of our issue. We had a basement flood and they came in, cleaned up the initial mess, planned out the rehabilitation and finished the job, leaving a really nice new space. They also kept us in the loop every step of the way.

I had serviceMaster come out to clean soot up from an electrical fire. The crews onsite did an outstanding job. By the time they were finished my home was spotless and you couldn’t even tell that there was a fire a few days before. I HIGHLY recommend ServiceMaster by Quick Response!!

I had water damage to my home. My insurance company sent Service Master to do the repairs. They called me immediately after being contacted by the insurance company. They were in my house the following day assessing the damage, taking measurements and preparing a quote for the insurance company. The quote was sent to the insurance company promptly, approval was received and work was started in a timely manner. The crew that came to do the work were polite, professional, and clean. They did great work and were very accommodating to my schedule. I highly recommend Service Master for any work you may need done in your home!
