Deceptive advertising — "Free Shipping" turned into a $415 bill Be very careful ordering from this site. I placed an order for five 2-foot yard hydrants, and my payment was processed at checkout with "Free Shipping" applied. Shortly after receiving confirmation, they sent a separate invoice demanding an extra $415 in shipping fees before they would release the order. It turns out they rely on fine print to tack on massive freight charges post-purchase. Advertising free shipping at checkout and then invoicing hundreds of dollars more after taking a customer’s money is a completely deceptive business practice. I was able to get the order canceled after calling them, but buy elsewhere if you want transparent, honest pricing.
