I can’t say enough good things about PuroClean and the outstanding service they provided after my basement flooded. From the very beginning, Taj, the owner, was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. His communication throughout the entire process was flawless, and he made what could have been a very stressful situation much easier to navigate. The team handled the drying of my basement, including the floors, and set up the proper dehumidification to prevent further damage. During the process, they also discovered asbestos in the basement—something I had no idea was there. Taj took the time to explain everything, guided me through the next steps, and helped me deal with the insurance company, making sure the mitigation process was handled correctly. What impressed me most was their honesty, attention to detail, and genuine concern for doing the job right. They kept me informed every step of the way and always followed through on what they promised. If you’re dealing with water damage or need a restoration company you can trust, I highly recommend PuroClean. Taj and his team went above and beyond, and I’m extremely grateful for their professionalism and the excellent work they did.
