I can’t thank Fire & Water Damage Restoration - ASAP enough for their fast and professional service. After discovering a serious drainage issue in my basement, I called them in a bit of a panic. To my surprise, they arrived within the hour and immediately got to work. The team was courteous, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had it fixed in no time, preventing what could have been a much bigger and costlier issue. They also took the time to explain what went wrong and how to prevent it in the future.Highly recommend them if you need quick, reliable help with any water or drainage problems.

Called at 1AM when I came home to my apartment filled with smoke and water from a neighbor’s fire. I didn’t even finish the call and they were already on their way. They sealed off the area, cleaned everything, and got rid of that awful smell. Felt like they really had my back. Didn't pressure me with sales — just helped me get back on my feet. They do it right, and they do it fast.
