Not sure Run, stay away from this company unless of course you're a landlord. My landlord hired this company for a mold inspection. The inspector left me with a horrible taste in my mouth. He didn't take any physical samples, which surprised me since I showed him Mushrooms growing on the wood, and some type of Black plant that had grown out of the pipe in my kitchen. He took numerous pictures, but they were in my opinion, what I had in my apartment. Then when I received the report, it said there was no need for remediation. WHAT!!! I almost had a coronary. 4 months later I hired my own inspector and the same issues were present and the results were very different. The plant in the kitchen testing as Active growing. Procyon didn't even take a sample of that. Irregardless of who hires you, I believe he had a ethical and moral duty to provide accurate information, especially since mold can be deadly. These photos are what I showed the inspector. The only exception is of the plant I took it down , but I still had it and the mark was on the ceiling. Services Mold inspection

Have no idea how this company could have all five star reviews. Was totally ripped off. I didn’t know anything about mold assessment until I looked it up after I paid. I said I was concerned about hidden mold above the ceilings and below a floor in addition to visible mold. He did not use a moisture meter, boroscope, thermal camera or any tools to confirm or deny this. He only took an air sample and sample from visible mold. I will have to pay someone else to do this job over.
