I had an emergency situation with a rug —one morning my pets had badly stained it. Magna Dry were nice enough to take the appointment quickly and even called me back to let me know they had found an earlier window. They came, moved the furniture, and did a perfect job. The results were excellent.

Simply awesome - 2 guys, a bunch of tools, and they refreshed the carpet in this classic NY postage-stamp apartment perfectly. They got ‘pet stains’ out of the carpet I expected to see forever … Thanks folks - returning customer for sure!

I have used Magna for many years. They are terrific without fail. You can depend on them to be on time, you will have great looking rugs, all furniture back in place and professional cleaners. The last time Magna was here, my dog had chewed a ballpoint pen. Results were black ink on my white carpet. The men told me they didn’t think they would be able to get all the ink out. BUT THEY DID!!!!
