Great price Back in January during those frigid months, we lost heat as most people did. Bob at Plumbwell was the only person I could get on the line. He got someone to my house, on a sunday morning, in subzero temperatures, within a few hours to see what was going on. Chris came in and went right to work. He had my heat up and running within the hour. During his inspection he noticed some chop work from a previous plumber that he brought to my attention and were a must fix. I've had Chris and the team come back twice to finish the job. I was very satisfied and impressed with the level of detail, photos and the time it took to explain why these things required repair. I am happy to continue to use plumbwell going forward for all plumbing needs. Lauren on the back office has also been phenomenal. Always prompt with responding to emails and setting up appointments. I recently had Plumbwell come to install a new hot water heater and service the boiler. They were awesome! Lauren in the office was truly professional, understanding and accommodating in the type of water heater we wanted and was able to schedule when we were ready, even if that meant a bit of back and forth conversations. The guys who showed up, I believe their names were Walter and Evan were true professionals and knowledgeable in the field. They came in and were respectful of the work space, even added an expansion tank and extra piping to make the new one fit and efficient. They answered any questions we had and were thorough and cleaned up at the end. I would highly recommend them without reservation and will be calling them again next time we need a new water heater. Once again Chris came through with another job well done. This is not the first time using Plumbwell Services for entirely different purposes and I can only rave about their services, professionalism, knowledge, friendliness and honesty. Chris and Lauren realized I had mistakenly overpaid (billls got stuck together) and he immediately called me to inform me of my over payment and returned to my home in less than half hour. As he was driving over, Lauren also called me to explain of the over payment and said Chris was on his way with the extra money. How honest can these two people ever be? I wholeheartedly recommend Plumbwell Services to anyone who needs any kind of plumbing work! A+++ 👍🏼

Jack and Mario handled my 30 year old Burnham boiler ((290k btu - it’s a big one) with such care, and so thoroughly serviced her (she’s my baby, the heart of the house) so she would last (hopefully) many more years. Jack saw corrosion in one area so a further discussion will take place. He also patched around the flue to the chimney to stop the cracking and replaced an interior part that read the pilot light temperature that he saw was necessary. I feel they both did more than a professional job. They treated my boiler as their own. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you!

Plumbwell installed our new boiler. I cannot express how satisfied we are with the attention to detail from start (Thank you Chris and Sabrina)to finish. The guys that came ( Mike, Walter, Jose and Joe) were professional, friendly and extremely neat. They took the time to cover everything with drop cloths, move any furniture in the way and clean up all debris after they finished. I would highly recommend Plumbwell.

I found a leak in the hydraulic separator in my plumbing system and called Plumbwell for service. Chris and Miguel came the next day at noon and were quickly able to replace the faulty part and purge and check the system. They took the time to explain the parts and functions of my system to me. I found myself in dire straits with my utility company and had no idea what to do. Bob came ASAP to my home and explained what was needed to get me back online. I had complete confidence in Bob and his company. Mike came and ran around the house working to solve the issues and test the lines. I called Plumbwell this morning. Told them i was having trouble with a sump pump they installed in 2022. Chris came over by 2pm and fixed the problem for us immediately. I have used this company for the pump and to install a new hot water heater last year, they are prompt, courteous and very always leave the job place clean. I feel they will give me a fair price with quality work. The company as a whole is very nice to work with and their work ethic shows in their finished products

I am very appreciative of Plumbwell services for all of their help, Bob the owner came to my home late last night for an emergency and helped save my basement from flooding and sent his guys to fix my sewer stoppage and they saved the day.
