I just had the best experience with Roto-Rooter of Plattsburgh a PM Leary company. I called them up yesterday morning and had a technician at my house by 5 PM. I had a leaking shower and Jack the technician was absolutely fantastic. He was here just under two hours, diagnose the problem, it wasn’t an easy one to fix, but he conquered it and saved the day. I’m not trying to gush about Roto-Rooter, but they did a fantastic job in a very short period of time and saved us a lot of damage that could’ve occurred. I highly recommend them! Don’t hesitate to call. Everyone was friendly and especially ask for Jack. He was a absolute expert technician!

Pipes under sink leaking . Replaced and put my new faucet in. Also had a leak on shut off valve and replaced it. Prompt service, polite installers and fair price. Would recommend .

Mother requested water pump service. Service was incomplete, mother continues to have no water at her house. Company refuses to return to address issues. We have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Do not recommend this service. Service tech’s name was Chris. Completely unprofessional, to the point that the other service tech’s said, and I quote, “he’s not usually like this”

Roto Router was recommended to me by a business acquaintance. Nicole, was the first person I was in contact with. I found her to be so incredibly professional, caring & considerate. She provided, for me, a source of great reassurance; as I was entering this new “situation”. Chris is the person who came to my home to take care of the plumbing task. On a scale of 1-10, Chis is a 12 !! His knowledge & ability, to correctly do the job, is unprecedented (in my humble opinion). He patiently explained each of his steps along the way. The overall pricing is extremely fair. I was treated w/honesty & respect. Never once did I feel as if I was being taken advantage of. ROTO ROUTER ROCKS !!

DO NOT USE PM LEARY AKA ROTO ROOTER. I paid over $3000 and they left my yard torn up in my problem unrepaired. Everything was an up charge. We need to do it on overtime. We need to do it during frozen ground. And meanwhile the work never was completed. I asked them to complete the work they said oh we’re gonna charge more and by the way we can’t get it to it until January. Of course that meant the ground would be frozen and I face more of charges. I am 62 years old and this is the worst business I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Avoid them at all cost! We've rented a portable toilet from the Plattsburgh Roto Rooter for 3 months and our experience with the service technician has been excellent. Christian arrives with a smile and works efficiently. He does his job weekly (emptying, refilling, replacing toilet paper and sanitizing) and always shares a courteous and intelligent conversation. He's recently been assigned an additional route (shortage of staff) and still is grateful for the employment. He deserves a raise in pay for completing two routes. They came to check the sewer problem. Informed me of what was needed. I called them back to get the problem fixed & all they did was tell me of the same problem again. I called & asked about getting service needed, that I didn't need to be told again of the same problem. I was told the work would need to be done by a different crew & they would send an estimated bill in the mail. Estimated bill never came. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS. They are a big rip off. Originally, it looked like I was gonna have to do an after hours call to get it replaced quickly, but the person was able to show up during regular hours and installed it in an hour. Had a fairly major plumbing backup due to a drain snake which had fallen down the vent pipe. Got same day service and the plumber went into the crawl space to cut and clear the vent line without a gripe (which I wouldn't have blamed him for). All in all a good experience.
