Reasonable price | $200–400 I recently used this company for some 3 small projects. I was very impressed with the fact they answered there phone and got someone to my home within 48 hours. Griffin the employee that was sent was knowledgeable and polite. He fixed all 3 issues quickly and efficiently and I have had no problem with any of the work he preformed. It all got fixed and works. I was very pleased. I do not do a lot of reviews but I wanted to do this one.

They did fine for me. My ~50 year old main water line in valve, right near the floor, would not close completely, and was stiff and at risk of failing if used. Griffin stopped by on time one morning, looked it over and had me then schedule the work. Again, on time, did a nice job, fair price for the time involved. No complaints.

Do not use this service! I had emergency plumbing issues. Got them to come out. They did the "work" which was done in less than 30min. I was thinking "oh, great!" Later that day I noticed that there was a leak in my water line (again) but this time it was coming out of both ends of the "repair". So I called them back and told them "hey.. the repair you made is now leaking". I was told that they would be back out to fix the issue. Needless to say.. it's been about three months since the "repair" I have called to address them not showing back up multiple times to no avail... they were very happy to not only charge me for the repair and for emergency costs. Over $500... now to get them to come back and fix this has been a nightmare.. they do not answer or when they do it's... "let me get back to you". If you value your money and home do not use them to fix your plumbing problems.

Great quick service We had a main drain blockage with many guests. Evening. Jeff responded very quickly and resolved the problem, running a cutter through the drain out to street. Likely tree roots. Had to pay a premium because out of normal business hours but worth it because response was so quick and effective

They do not back up their warranty for a hot water tank. Still charged me $400.00 and didn’t even fix the problem. Very unprofessional staff. A friend stopped by while they were and Mike became confrontational with him. They are running a scam artist business, stay away.
