Reasonable price Jim C (old Jim!) is a great, knowledgeable, friendly plumber. Tells you what you need to know. Fair prices and great work. Recommended! Editing to add that Peterson continues to be the only plumber I want to call. Good prices, great service.

Great price Jamie from Peterson Plumbing came over this morning. Very kind young man who listened to the problem we were having and explained it in very detailed information. This is our second time we've had them, we also called them last year for another issue that they solved immediately. I highly recommend this company with the customer service along with the gentlemen that come for the repair are amazing and I'm very grateful for all of them. Services Service not listed

I used Peterson’s today for the first time on a referral. The appointment was easy to make and fit my time Schedule and the young lady, Rose, was extremely easy to deal with. Alex, the technician called 15 minutes before arriving and showed up right on schedule. He made quick and easy work of the repair and was on his way in no time leaving the work area just as clean as when he arrived. In these days where good service is so hard to come by, don’t look any further than this company if you have a plumbing need.

Great service. Called Peterson Plumbing after finding out we had no hot water and had a huge puddle under our hot water tank. They arrived in a couple of hours to replace our 15 year old tank. Price was reasonable, and the plumber was very friendly and knowledgeable. They are the best.

Very honest people. They are the opposite of their competitors..they see clients before money. I highly recommend them…

This is a company that is not out to gouge you and is very honest. They came on time, explained what needed to be done and gave us a choice whether we wanted work done or not. Pricing was fair and they did fine work. They’re trustworthy and highly recommended.

They've been to our house multiple times over the years, and every one of the techs had been great, knew what to do and the price was reasonable, pluming and heating.

I called 4 companies local to Syracuse looking to get a water heater replaced. Peterson was the only one that was able to give me pricing and same day replacement on my initial call; the others didn't know and had to call me back. The replacement itself went very smoothly. The 2 guys were professional and they answered all the questions I had. If you're in an emergency water heater situation, I would recommend them based on my experience with them.

I called Peterson's with a plumbing and they were able to send someone out within 30-40 minutes. Alex was very professional. He explained the possible problem and pricing. He took care of our issue very quickly and the price was exactly as stated. I was very happy with the service. I will definitely used them again if needed, and will recommend.

We have utilized the services of this plumbing company twice now to help us out in a tight spot and were very satisfied. Their office manager, Rose, is fantastic; I hope they pay her what she is worth. The company is very responsive and was able to send us a plumber both times on the day we called. Both individuals who showed up (at separate times), Kevin and Alex, were professional and explained all of the charges. As far as our experience goes, their fees were not out of line with other companies in the area. Their customer service, however, was far ABOVE average, and that is truly a godsend when dealing with a plumbing emergency.

We called Peterson Plumbing when our water heater was having issues. They sent someone out the same day, the worker was kind, explained everything to us in a respectful and non-condescending manner (which as a woman who knows nothing about plumbing issues is very important to me) and were able to get us a new water heater the same day. They are reasonably priced and gave me the estimate up front. It's been a few months now and our new water heater is awesome. We will be using them again. Very professional right from the start. Our kitchen sink wasn’t draining and the gentleman worked on it until it did. He arrived on time, explained what he was doing and cleared up when he was done. The price was right too. Highly recommend. Positive Responsiveness, Punctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value Services Drain cleaning
