Reasonable price | $600–800 My main sewer drain was clogged. The person I spoke with told me what they’d do and the cost. He explained the price would be higher because of the holiday, if at all I could wait. I chose to have them come and the technician was at my house within an hour.The service technician that came (Robbie Keefe) was great. He explained what he was doing and patiently answered all my questions in a very professional way. When an issue arose about a week later, I was serviced at no charge. Reasonable price | $200–400 This is the second time we have used Superior Drain service. Our first experience was great so I knew who we needed to call when we had a leak in our kitchen faucet, non emergency over a weekend. Daryl was very helpful in assessing the situation. I hired Superior Drain Solutions twice over the last 3 months for my daughter’s home that she recently acquired . It’s a very old home and I knew sooner or later that I had some issues that I knew needed updating . My first call to Superior Drain Solutions was for a clogged toilet and a clogged vent line , the tech arrived about two hours after my call to the office . The tech was very nice , very professional and had this up and running in no time what so ever . My next call was about 3 months later which was of a little more serious matter dealing with old trap issues and very old lines heading to the septic tank which was also related to my first call . The first tech told me that my problem in the basement would need to be addressed sooner or later but I chose to hold off and see how things went . So I hired Superior Drain Solutions again to completely repipe the trap system with a proper vent and clean out and lines coming from the house to the septic tank on there recommendations and I am very happy to say that everything is running great . They very knowledgeable, professional and both techs very really nice guys to work with . I would highly recommend Superior Drain Solutions to anyone . He called ahead to let me know when he'd be arriving. He listened to my concerns and diagnosed the problem. We needed the drain for our sump pump re-routed and they responded to our initial call quickly, got someone out to our house to look at the job within 48hrs, they gave us a very reasonable estimate and were very responsive with trying to get the actual date scheduled for the work. They showed up, on time, did the work quickly & completely cleaned after themselves. The cost was exactly what they had estimated. Called the office, they were very responsive and quickly returned my call for scheduling and base prices. The service technician, Robbie Keefe, called in route with an ETA and he showed up promptly. After describing the issue with the drain he went right to work. Two attempts with the mech snake didn't unclog it so the use of a pressure hose bag drove the pipe open. Robbie re-piped the sink drain with a flexible coupling so if need be in the future the drain will have better access. We are very pleased with his workmanship and courtesy. The entire job was done within 4 hours of our initial call. Would definitely use SDS again.

Reasonable price | $400–500 Efficient and effective, with a quick response time and professionally delivered service. I’ve worked with this team for about 4 years over multiple rather challenging jobs on my home built in 1932. They have snaked out old piping, rebuilt that which was obsolete, and even rectified an issue that occurred thereafter without hesitation or complaint.
