New This is a company that stands behind their work. Scheduling is very easy - you can follow the process on-line. It allows you to see exactly where the technician is and when he will arrive at your house. I was in a situation where I needed assistance as soon as possible and Mr. Rooter was able to get a technician to my house within a couple of hours of my call. I was extremely grateful for this; especially since it was the weekend. The technician, Matt, was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. The whole situation was resolved within 45 minutes of his arrival. There was no mess left behind. All-around great company. I wound definitely use again and would definitely recommend. Great price | $1,000–1,200 This company and their staff are phenomenal. The nicest, most responsive people I have dealt with for these kind of services. Right from the start it was so easy to explain the issues I had and schedule an appointment. They even wanted to come 2 days before my actual appointment after we made it ! Thats unheard of. ! You guys are excellent and very nice to work with. And the technician Alex was fantastic. I can't say enough good things about him. The nicest guy in the world, explained everything, was patient and gave fantastic advice. I would welcome him back here anytime. I’ve already recommended Alex to my brother and will use him for this and my full time home. Use the company! You won’t be disappointed!! Overpriced | $1–200 This company preys on people who are not technically savvy. I called them for a broken flush chain. They charged $195 to come out and their technician said word for word that the toilet needed to be rebuild and wanted $580 additional I kicked them out and got a handyman to repair it for $50. If I used them the total would be $775. Shame on them. Services Toilet repair

Because you have two clogged kitchen sinks with all the piping located under the slab, clearing the line required removing the under-sink piping to cable the system. The initial option to snake the line was $800, and since you paid the $90 trip fee ahead of time, this credit applied toward the repair and the remaining balance would have been $710 (including a 1-year warranty). We do apologize that our service professional added the fee in again. Because kitchen drains frequently suffer from severe grease buildup under the slab, our service professional also offered a heavy-duty hydro-jetting service as a premium alternative for $1,700 with a 2-year warranty—we never quoted $2,500 for this service. We always provide upfront, honest options so our customers can choose what is best for their home, and we wish you the best in getting your drain clogs resolved. Mr. Rooter Plumbing of The Hamptons
