I'm pretty sure this is the Mr. Rooter I called since I'm in Manlius. A computer took my call and scheduled me between 12PM and 6PM to fix a clogged disposal and sink. At 5:45PM I called back to ask where my plumber was, and was told (by the computer) it had no record of my scheduled appointment, but would be happy to set up one NOW for me. I never spoke with a person!! Called another plumber.

Rich, I’m sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced. It sounds like when you called at 1:30 PM, all three of our office representatives were already on the phone, which routed you to our AI overflow system. We are always in the office from 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (and starting next week until 5:30 PM), so under normal circumstances, a team member would have answered. We are actively looking into why the automated system failed to properly log your appointment, as this is not the experience we want for any of our customers. Any time a job is successfully booked—whether through our team or the AI system—you should receive an automatic confirmation text within 15 minutes. If that ever doesn’t happen, please call us back right away so we can confirm your appointment.
