Very poor customer service. I contacted this company for help with a plumbing issue, but the representative was not willing to listen and ended the call abruptly by hanging up on me. This is unacceptable behavior for any business. If this is how they treat potential customers, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Today has been one of those days and i have to say Marquis Plumbing & Heating made it really easy. My Boiler was not working at all, and it would just make clicking noises. I called around stumbled on Marquis Plumbing and they are top notch. Tom and his assistant Chris spent all morning into the evening fixing the aquastat relay, and replacing other parts. But i have to say Mario and his entire team did an amazing job because the heat is pumping in my home and the price was very reasonable for all the work they did. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them for friends.
