New Amazing service! I live in Perinton/Fairport I called because I was having a hot water issue in my bathroom and was able to schedule an appointment within a very reasonable timeframe. They listened carefully to my concerns, took their time explaining everything to me, and were able to fix the issue the same day as we had scheduled. They were truly professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. I really appreciated the time they took to make sure everything was taken care of properly. They will definitely be my go-to plumbers for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

I had a couple of things done today, water valve shut off for outside was changed out and leak in pipe was fixed. Also had my roof vent snaked for first time in 30yrs. Alec and Juan ( that's what he said to call him LOL) were on time and did a phenomenal job. They were both friendly and courteous. Alec took the time to answer and explain many of my questions. Great price I live in a Webster in a 1950’s era home that has only recently become bedeviled by basement groundwater flooding during downpour events. My regular plumber suggested I call Main Line Plumbing. I’m so happy I did! Opening a broken and clogged drain line proved to be not possible despite a valiant attempt on the first appointment. Owner, Joe, came out the next week to investigate further. Thankfully he decided to start with possibly the most straightforward fix - to tightly cap off the drain, which he did. Joe then walked around the exterior with me, looking at gutters, drainage pitch away from the house, etc. He was so professional, helpful and also very kind. And incredibly - no charge! I called this company asking for a price quote to have my toilet snaked and told them I have a hung sewer line. The person I spoke to on the phone said that they had no clue what a hung sewer was and that that was a made up term. It is very much a real thing and a commonly used term. A plumbing company not knowing this is a MAJOR red flag.
