The owner was available to answer all our questions, and was also very thorough and courteous. The crew adjusted to our schedule. When a part from their supplier was not acceptable, the crew realized it and swapped it out immediately. The job was started at the time promised and completed promotly. Reasonable price | $1,000+ We discovered a water heater leak around 10:30 PM one night. We had a very reliable plumber in Miller Plumbing, but had no idea that he retired. When I called, I learned Leone Plumbing was intrusted by Miller to handle his customers due to his retirement. I also learned that Leone Plumbing is available for 24/7 service based on their website. I explained my problem at 7:30 AM in the morning and I had a new water heater installed by 10:30 AM. Excellent service and all of the people I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Reasonable price Hot water tank failed on a Sunday so I started making phone calls. Andy from Leone was quick to answer and get a tech over on Monday. We had a new tankless system with recirculation installed and running on Wednesday. Good communication, very responsive, and quality work by the techs. Services Water heater installation

We had a non-urgent issue and the owner came out the next day. He was running a few minutes late and took the time to call and update. I wish more businesses and people would be so considerate. They followed up with an estimate as promised in the same time frame. I’d recommend getting a quote from them as they were excellent and I learned a lot.

The team did an amazing job coming together to address a difficult problem. Jose and Jose traveled across Monroe county to help fix my blocked kitchen sink. After 1 hour and 100+ ft of snake cable they got it! They cleaned up perfectly, were professional, hard working, and good guys. Matt arrived and immediately started work diagnosing and helping me fix an air locked line in my underfloor radiant heat system. Also replaced a hot water cutoff valve. Most importantly, he listens to my issues, engaged in discussion how to narrow down the possible problems, test them and fix them. It was worth the cookies we sent him home with.

My hot water heater recently started making rumbling noises. A quick internet check suggested that having it drained would likely fix the problem. Moreover, draining the tank regularly was suggested for getting full life out of it. So I called Leone Plumbing to have that done. The next morning, I got a call from Andy (the owner). After discussing my specifics, he suggested that draining the hot water heater was not likely to either eliminate the noises or increase it's longevity. I feel certain that most plumbers would have simply drained the tank and taken my money. Thanks, Andy - I know who I'm calling the next time I REALLY need a plumber!
