Everytime I try to do plumbing on my own, there is always a part that doesn’t seem to work with another part and I need an adapter. I should have wrote this review about 5 projects ago, but you know how that goes. Brian always finds a way to get my projects back on track with a part, or just a solution. It is so great to have a professional at a store so close to home that always figures out my problems. I actually feel bad because I have never left there spending more than 20 bucks, when the advice I get to fix my issue is priceless. They always seem to have a solution whether that is a 40 year old tub faucet part or a brand new kitchen faucet. Highly recommend.

Went there looking for a socket for very tricky installation that I couldn’t find at HD, Lowe’s, GPS and Brian took less than a minute to come up with the solution along with the required parts, What an amazing experience, Brian is a truly amazing person and the shop is one of those hidden gems for plumbing supplies. Would recommend!!

We had a dripping faucet with a 40 year old Chicago faucet and no plumbing experience. My husband Brought in the inside works of the handle that was dripping and they immediately knew what to do,what to replace it with,and gave instructions on how to fix! Saved us several hundred dollars.

Very grateful to have found Kuhns. I brought a 20 year old faucet valve in today and Brian was able to quickly assess what was needed, actually made the final connection for me and wouldnt let me leave without first pressure testing the piece. It is rare to find people that enjoy what they do this much. Thank you Brian.

I needed a shut off valve knob from old plumbing. The guy behind the counter took one from the drawer that fit the piece I brought in. He told me how lucky I was because that piece was old and he didn't think he could ever get rid of it. Then he charged me $30 for the piece (valve and knob) which may be $10 elsewhere. I asked if there was a senior discount "absolutely not". I told him I just need the knob so he said "In that case I'll keep the other piece" which he was charging me for. So I kept it. 30 years ago they were honest
