Reviewers praise professional, informative service
AI reads the Google reviews shown on this page, up to 300. When there are more, it reads a random sample of 300 with the same mix of star ratings as all the reviews. Each point is something at least 3 reviewers say. It shows how many, and you can open their reviews. Complaints are what reviewers report, not our verdict. We check serious ones before showing them. Reasonable price Recently used Bertussi for A/C issue. Brett & Dominick were professional and provided great customer service. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly. Walked me thru it and explained what needed to be done. Also evaluated my outside unit(which wasn't the issue). Highly recommend.

Had one of the workers come to our house for a leak in our bathroom. He tore up our ceiling didn’t clean it up and basically said he couldn’t help so we had another worker out and said he would be in contact with us about pricing and setting up a date to actually deal with the leak! Never called we even called them asking if they had any prices ready and they couldn’t give us any answers said they would call back and never did. Been a week and half and we can’t use our main bathroom definitely do not recommend very unprofessional!

Be vigilant and don't let them charge you for time they were not working! The plumbers working for this company are a nice, competent group. I have used them a handful of times for large and small jobs and have generally been happy with the service, but be prepared for ($$$$) bills for even the most minor of jobs. I have found they charge for every minute - from the moment the van pulls into your driveway, time they spend enjoying the coffee you offered, breaks and time talking about their additional services(almost an hour one time). Even so, I took care of all bills in full and on the spot. Sadly, they do not treat loyal, existing clients like valued business which has been disappointing (I have an emergency today and they were only concerned about covering their pricey emergency trip charge). I felt like a first time caller every time I reached out.
