$700–800 I recently had plumbing work done, and to be blunt—this one missed the mark. I bought and installed the vanity myself. I also supplied the faucet. Ken’s Plumbing was brought in to do what should’ve been the simple part: install the faucet and hook up the drain. Now the sink drains… but at a painfully slow rate. Before this, the old sink had zero issues. None. Water went down like it’s supposed to. Now it just sits there like it’s thinking about it. That tells me everything I need to know. For over $700, this doesn’t feel like professional work—it feels unfinished. When you pay that kind of money, you’re not paying for “almost works.” You’re paying for done right. This should’ve been tested before calling the job complete. It wasn’t. Right now, I’ve got a brand-new setup that works worse than what I replaced. That’s not an upgrade—that’s a step backwards. So update 5/8 they wanted another $350 dollars to snake the drain that they knew did not drain correctly after spending 750 the first time. Should have snaked it when you saw it was not draining correctly. So no you’re not scamming another 350 out of me.

Roughly a month ago, I used them to fix an issue that they fixed properly. I called a second time for a clog and the rude receptionist told me they couldn't do anything, to call roto rooter and hung up on me. UPDATE - Get your story straight Jen. I asked for help with a clog that after we spoke, I agreed was unrelated to original job that was done. YOU were calling me back to let me know when the guys would be in my area but instead you told me, a customer, to go elsewhere and hanging up is not polite. I also never said I wouldnt pay. Who says that? There are nicer plumbers that were willing to help.

Not sure | $500–600 I had a cracked pipe on the outside of my home. This is the first time I used Kens plumbing. Gerry was very friendly and professional. Came on time and was very thorough. He replaced the pipe and noticed the valve that turns the water on for the garden hose was not in the best shape. So he also replaced it. . I would recommend Kens plumbing if you need any plumbing repairs .special thanks to Gerry!!!

Extremely unprofessional. I called to schedule a visit due to a bursted pipe. They confirmed for the next day. I got a call from the company at the time we had scheduled for the workers to arrive, only to find out that nobody will come because they would only be here at 4:30pm and that is too late to get a 1h job done. If they had called earlier to cancel I would have contacted someone else. This shows lack of care for the customer, specially with all the issues going on due to the extreme cold temperatures. If you need to be sure you will have the job done, look for another plumber.

Excellent job by the men at Ken's. Ronnie is fantastic. The crew came to do a hot water heater replacement. Not only do they did that, they replaced my shower head which was leaking and rusted causing low water pressure and also fixed my vanity sink which was leaking. Thorough and professional. If i could give them 10 stars i would !!!

Ken's Faucet showed up and did a spectacular job of clearing it out, proactively future proofed the piping so it could be more easily accessed with a snake, and left with the area clean. Ken’s Plumbing was incredible from start to finish. I called because the radiator in my son’s room wasn’t working, and with the colder weather I needed it fixed quickly. They were responsive, professional, and arrived exactly when they said they would. The technician immediately identified the problem, explained everything clearly, and had the radiator working perfectly in no time. He was respectful of our home, clean, and truly cared about making sure my son’s room would stay warm and comfortable. The pricing was fair, the service was honest, and the overall experience was outstanding. It’s rare to find a company you can trust these days, but Ken’s Plumbing exceeded all expectations. I won’t hesitate to call them again for any plumbing or heating needs. Highly recommend!

Called here to have some work done. Everything was a go until I mentioned that I was a little unsure as we have had multiple professionals come who have not been honest. All I was hoping for was some reassurance but instead, the person I spoke with decided not to do the job at all. Makes me wonder how honest this company is. Not professional at all.

We’ve been using Ken’s plumbing for years. Today I had a guy come to fix a faucet for the shower. He came earlier than the lady on the phone said he would and my sister was in the shower. She was about to get out but he said “I don’t have time for this I have a wedding” he stormed out and was in our house for 30 seconds.

I have used Ken’s for many years. However I called 4 days ahead for an appointment. Ken showed up 30 minutes early for the appointment and my daughter was finishing her shower. We told him we’d get her right out and he said he didn’t have time for this and stormed out. He was at our house for 30 seconds ! We’ve spent thousands of dollars at this company. at this company. DO NOT USE. Plumbers are called when you need help. Ken did not do this.
