J&B Cleaning Service

From Google

J&B went above and beyond for me and the other tenants in my apartment building. After a bad fire, J&B showed up within the hour. They navigated hotel stays for us, worked with insurance companies and contractors, deodorized and cleaned our entire apartments from head to toe and got us back in our apartments within the week. Truly miracle workers who set the bar extremely high. 5 stars isn’t enough.

What a great job! I my apartment is older than me ,and I am old. Lol I have been coughing and sick a lot. I have tried to clean all these vents in here ,which you can’t get off because all they do is paint over them until they are stuck like glue. Just horrible. I knew I had to do something since I couldn’t myself fix this problem. I called the office and they sent J@B over . Terrific job and the men were very nice and did a good job cleaned up and explained everything. They also gave me a non toxic cleaner to use everywhere . 10 stars if I could give more I would. Keep your vent areas clean it’s so important for your health. Every apartment complex should be doing this yearly and if you own a home too. Hoping for better health now . I WOULD VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND J@B CARPET @RESTORATION .

Their name should be changed to 'Miracle Workers'. A heating pipe burst in our home. We thought several rooms in our house were a complete loss (walls, floors, bookcases, rugs, tiles, etc). I took a chance and called J&B after a Google search and John, Sean, and George showed up ready to go. Within 5 minutes I already knew that I'd made the right decision to call them. They clearly had the experience and the know-how to deal with most any issue. They not only helped to fix the problem but they put the entire rooms back together. The rooms now look as if the water damage never happened. It is amazing! J&B works with you and listens to you. They show up on a timely basis, work hard, and are reasonably priced, whether you have insurance coverage or not. It's literally 'one stop shopping' and I would without hesitation, highly recommend them. I absolutely recommend J&B cleaning services. Totally love the owners answer the phone! . They took excellent care in cleaning my upholstery & carpets. When they left it was like a breath of fresh air knowing my carpets and upholstery was cleaned. So when i had an unfortunate puff back, I called John and he assured me everything was going to be ok. That same day he came and evaluated the situation & the next day he had a crew come in and started working on it. They are great at what they do and i will use this company over & over again Positive Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value Services General carpet cleaning, Upholstery cleaning

J&B is a company I used regularly about 40 years ago. When I moved back, I called them, hoping they were able to help me with cleaning before I moved into my new home. I cannot say enough about their work, their staff, their products, their attention to detail as well as their wide range of expertise! I am more than thrilled with the entire process and anticipate a long and varied home improvement relationship with J and B! Services General carpet cleaning, Flooring

I'm truly grateful for them and the work they did Services Area rug cleaning, General carpet cleaning, HVAC duct & vent cleaning, Upholstery cleaning, Fire damage cleanup & repair, Water damage-related cleanup & repair, Flooring, Mold inspection, Water damage-related mold removal, Painting, Remodeling, Roofing

Our ice machine broke in our fridge while we were out of town. It flooded our entire first floor and destroyed our finished basement including my husband’s music studio. We called J & B late at night and they got right back to us. They came first thing in the morning ready to get to work, calmed our fears, handled the insurance company (DO NOT HIRE A PRIVATE ADJUSTER!!!!!), and took charge of the remodel from start to finish. They were kind, understanding, efficient, and happy to help. My family has been using them for carpet cleaning since I’m a little girl and I have always trusted them. I too have continued to use them for carpet cleaning but this is the first time I have needed them for restoration. I am so glad they were there to take charge at a time we were so stressed and getting a song and dance from our insurance agent. Trust them!
