I love these guys. Every time I have a heating and plumbing issue big or small they do a great job. Very friendly.

Had them install an air source heat pump/ac and new backup furnace last year in the fall. They failed to put a deep enough pan in the furnace to catch the condensation from the ac running which is going into my ductwork. After many attempts at having them correct the problem, they have so far refused. I will not do business with them again unless they fix this.

Very responsive! We had a disposal that had jammed and was starting to back up. It was located at our cottage so we are only there on the weekends. I called on a Friday morning and he was able to squeeze a visit in for us the same day. He unjammed the disposal, and even showed us how we could do it ourselves next time!

Bob is great our power went out for 6 hrs and for some reason our furnace wouldn't start back up , he didn't even hesitate to help us out .... he also fixed our heater back in September before winter hit and the service was great and timing was excellent... will definitely be calling them for all our heating issues

We just purchased our home in Silver Creek and our downstairs furnace was not working. It was a weekend so I called Bob and left him a VM to request service (his cell number is on the office answering machine for after hours emergencies). He called me right back and came to our house that night. He wasn't even there for 30 minutes before he was finished and ready to leave and we had heat again! He was very friendly, very professional and gave us fast and quality service!! They sent an invoice in the mail and the cost was EXTREMELY fair!! We couldn't have been happier with the service we received and we will be using and recommending him for any future needs! 😁❤
