Your review misrepresents what actually occurred and comes across as unfair propaganda. Our technicians followed Navien’s official OEM requirements, not arbitrary company rules. Navien clearly states that if a unit is installed incorrectly or serviced outside OEM standards, the manufacturer’s warranty is void. Certified techs are obligated to point that out—ignoring it would be irresponsible. A quick cleaning may get a system running temporarily, but it does not correct installation deficiencies that Navien themselves classify as warranty‑voiding. Our team provided you with accurate, manufacturer‑based information, not sales tactics. We stand behind our certified technicians and the standards we are required to follow.
