Overpriced | $800–900 Paid them $800.00 to fix an issues with my shower and bathtub piping connection issue. They came twice without resolving the issue. They were rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this business to my worst enemy. I read your response to my review. I have no reason to lie about your poor service. Only if you had put as much effort into doing a good job as you did with your response to my review. If following me on LinkedIn is meant to intimidate me. No such luck 😆. Mr. Gregg, you gave us a 1 star review years ago when our company had not done work for you. We don't even know who you are. We will be contacting Google about this falsified review that was posted and now edited to cast our company in an a bad light. This is and will never be acceptable. There is no evidence to substantiate your claims. Clients or customers do not pay any Contractor or Company before the repairs or work is completed. Its sad persons like youself uses these platforms to lie. Our company services our communities with absolute integrity and professionalism. Good morning Sir, when and where was this poor service done at your home? Please provide facts, not just your opinion because you are attempting to negatively affect a group of individuals who worked hard for two decades serving our community. We have competent work practices and participate in scaling professionalism workshops with NYC city agencies and several minor business organizations. Present evidence and facts so we can address and rectify this matter. We stand completely resolute behind our offered services, skilled staff and good business practices. A simple point of reference for Google and the public at large that our office manager pointed out. Our office has no records of this unsatisfied customer making any appointments with our company, we don't have any records of telephone calls, to make, to confirm or even to relate his disappointment over the unresolved plumbing issue. Further more to have actually paid for that service and not have a receipt, or an invoice requesting payment and being stamp paid upon the receipt of his payment is truly beyond us. In fact, this just points to a larger problem as to how person are free using social media and technology on a whole to bully, disparage and defame persons and companies through slander, libel, vilified and malicious statements such as this review. We as a society have to do better, not just for our morality but for our young people in our communities who are modeling their perspectives solely basic on our behavior towards each other. Mr. Gregg if indeed you are a US veteran, I thank you for your service and applaud our bravery and that of your fellow service men and women.
