We experienced two separate floods of raw sewage and human waste in our apartment. After the first incident on Thursday, the apartment was only sprayed and mopped about eight hours later, and we were never properly informed that we should vacate the premises. This was completely unacceptable given the level of contamination. On Sunday, we experienced a second sewage backup, again involving raw sewage and human waste. Now, a full week later, First Onsite is claiming that the work is complete, yet there is still visible mold throughout the apartment, and contaminated MDF materials were never removed. Given the extent of the damage, the apartment should have been properly gutted and remediated. I have received no reports or documentation regarding the work performed, and the building manager has confirmed that they have not received any request for additional work. This situation has been handled extremely poorly, and the apartment is clearly not safe or properly restored

Was not happy how they treated personal property lack of protection exposed every in home to all the debris didnt remove any of the mold cut alot of corners. They were not wearing ppe. Also have had very poor communication. I'd post more pictures and go into more detail but I think this is enough to save the next person
