Joseph, we are sorry for the inconvenience. However, you called regarding a emergency call for a burst water line, and we sadly couldn’t get a crew out to you as their were 20 other calls that needed to be responded before yours came in. We understand in these types of situations tensions are high and stressful, but please, do not spread false allegations.

Reasonable price Erol’s company is worth every penny, every single time. They’ve worked on our boiler, hot water heater, steam heating system, and cesspool issues for almost 6 years. They also service our parent’s residence even longer than that. Erols come when they say they’re going to come, every single time. They’ve assisted us even though emergencies, same day service, such as frozen pipes, emergency oil delivery, boiler malfunction and busted pipes. The owner doesn’t mind getting his hands dirty and neither do his employees. They’re professional, respectful, and do business the old fashioned way. As long as they’re in business we wouldn’t call anyone else. Services Heating system repair, Heating system maintenance, Service not listed
