As a general contractor, I’ve worked with a lot of plumbing companies over the years, and DWV Solutions has become my go-to plumbing contractor for both residential and commercial projects throughout Queens and the NYC area. Their team is reliable, knowledgeable, and always delivers high-quality workmanship. They’ve handled everything from complete plumbing rough-ins, drain, waste and vent (DWV) systems, water service replacements, gas piping installations, boiler and water heater replacements, oil-to-gas conversions, sewer repairs, fixture installations, and emergency plumbing repairs. Every project has been completed on schedule, up to NYC plumbing code, and with excellent attention to detail. Communication is outstanding from start to finish. They coordinate well with other trades, keep the job site clean, and always provide practical solutions when unexpected issues come up. If you’re looking for a licensed plumber for new construction, renovations, commercial plumbing, residential plumbing, gas work, or emergency plumbing services, I highly recommend DWV Solutions. It’s hard to find a plumbing company that’s dependable, honest, and consistently produces quality work. DWV Solutions has earned my trust, and I’ll continue using them on future construction projects. Five stars without hesitation.

Great price I recently had my old 3-handle shower valve replaced with a modern single-handle shower valve, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The plumber explained every step of the process and used a wide trim plate to perfectly cover the opening from the old 3-handle valve, so there was no need to replace or repair any tile. The finished shower looks clean, modern, and professionally installed. If you’re looking for an honest, reliable plumber for a shower valve replacement, bathroom plumbing repair, shower remodeling, or plumbing upgrades, I highly recommend this company. They arrived on time, kept everything clean, and completed the job with exceptional craftsmanship. The new shower operates perfectly with great water pressure and temperature control. It’s hard to find a plumbing company that truly takes pride in their work, but these guys absolutely do. If you need a plumber for shower valve replacement, bathroom plumbing services, leak repairs, or plumbing renovations, don’t hesitate to call them. Five-star service from start to finish!

If you are looking for a responsive, professional and reliable plumber, I can highly recommend DWV Solutions. We have called DWV Solutions for a wide variety of plumbing issues in our older home - from annual steam boiler maintenance, to sink supply line and drain line repairs, to replacing an inaccessible and outdated water meter set and shutoff assembly – and have been more than satisfied. When the hot water faucet knob in our bathtub lost its grip, Joe completed the repair without having to tear out the wall tiles. Joe has always promptly responded to our calls, provided detailed estimates, answered all our questions, and timely completed the work. I highly recommend Joe at DWV Solutions.

I had two separate appointments in the same week for different plumbing repairs. The plumbing issues were fixed successfully in the end, including unclogging the bathtub drain and rebuilding the shower diverter. The first appointment earlier in the week for the bathtub drain issue was more difficult from a scheduling standpoint. The appointment was scheduled for 10 AM, but the visit stretched until around 5 PM due to delays and interruptions throughout the day, even though the actual drain repair itself was fairly basic. Communication and timing during that visit could have been better. The second appointment went much more smoothly. Joe arrived early and completed the work efficiently and professionally. There was also a third plumbing repair for the downstairs unit involving a frozen outdoor hose line, but I was not directly involved with that work, so I can’t comment on that service. Overall, I appreciate that the repairs were completed properly, and the second appointment was a much better experience after my expectations were communicated more clearly. Joseph was THOROUGH & I felt he cared about my house like it was his own. He and his assistant were patient, personable, and generous with their knowledge. I have every confidence they did a very good job and sure enough, I haven't had any issues with any of the work: changing faucets, descaling / flushing out the boiler, changing the flushing mechanism in the toilet tank, etc. As with any home service, ensure to discuss the pricing structure beforehand just to level-set.

He came right over for an emergency appointment - was fast, efficient and reliable. Closed the valve, shut off the water and returned the next day, with Josh, to replace the pipes, valves and faucet. I could not be happier with Joe's prompt solution to a soggy emergency. Joe was a calming force, prompt with communication, was a quick problem solver and got right to work. Reasonable price | $1,000+ I had an old furnace that was nearing the end of its life, so I gave DWV solutions a call and Joe came out and examined the system and was able to give me a reasonable quote. The team at DWV was able to haul away my old furnace and install the new one, along with all the duct modifications, within the 8 hour window as promised. The team explained each step of the installation process to me, and were punctual and tidy. So far the new furnace is working great and the business offers a 1 year warranty covering the install. They're an awesome family owned small business so I'll definitely use their services again in the future. Services Heating system installation
