Not sure Doug is a character and a Jem. We had a terrible burst pipe problem that no other plumber wanted to deal with it. Doug came over with his guys and fixed it all up. He’s been super reliable and we’ve used him ever since.

Doug and his team are great. It isn't an overstatement to say that they've made our new home livable. They were able to get rid of the very noticeable sulfur smell from the water, installed a UV light for peace of mind, and installed a dishwasher. Importantly, Doug is easy to work with and is an all around good guy.

Had a busted pipe somewhere in the house. I could hear it and point to the general direction but I had no idea how to access it. Doug arrived and I gave him some background as to what was happening and within 5 minutes he was in a crawl space that I didn't even know existed. After replacing the broken pipes he made sure pressure was good throughout, and then when we heard more running water, he went back into the crawl space to fix another broken pipe. I would expect most plumbers to be able to fix our problem, but Doug is just a really nice guy and professional. You can tell he knows his stuff but that he also enjoys what he does. I spoke to him after he repaired the pipes as I had some other plumbing questions throughout my house and he took his time to explain everything. He wasn't in a hurry and wasn't trying to give me simple responses to my questions. I thought what he charged me for the job was very fair and I didn't feel like I was being cheated or skinned for more money. It's nice to be able to say that the next time I have a plumbing issues, I'm only going to call DPL. 5 stars and highly recommend.

I called last minute because my well line was leaking. Ted not only answered my call on Veterans Day but he also came and did the job. He also asked if I had anything else that needed his attention and he fixed the toilet in my laundry room too. Very professional. I won’t be calling anyone else but Ted from now on.

Can't say enough good things about Doug! I had low water pressure for years at my house, and no other plumber could figure out what the problem was. Doug identified the issue in less than a minute and 15 minutes later he made the necessary repair. At long last, I can finally enjoy a nice shower!

Doug responded immediately to install a new water pressure tank. He did a fantastic job. The tank was corroded and could have done a lot of damage. He was here within a week with the brand new tank and installed it. He is dependable, honest and is fairly priced. Doug is fantastic - helped me with two very frustrating problems. My water mysteriously turned pinkish during the winter - he upgraded my water filters and it's been crystal clear ever since. My instant hot water also was not staying hot for very long - Doug adjusted the settings and turned off a booster pump and it's been piping hot ever since. I'd highly recommend him for whatever your plumbing or heating needs!

My husband and I recently purchase a home in Windham, NY. The house was built in 1973 and had not been maintained by the previously owners.
