They came out and said my tank was leaking internally.. even showed my husband "wet " insulation... said they'd put in a new one once we got it... at a cost of 845$ said it would take about 45 mins... we looked in the warranty as it was only a couple years old. Had it fixed cuz second plumber showed us it wasn't leaking. Only one bad element... he replaced both and changed out some lines and shut off valve. Charge 150$ then we were driving back to our southern home and get a phone call from some irrate woman saying my husband was a key board warrior and didn't identify the company after he asked several times. She just called it her company. She started insulting him more and he just hung up. I was furious! This was an attack... harassment... retaliation... call it what you will... because he left a bad review. He simply wrote what happened to us and how we fixed it. Shame on her and her business for treating customers this way.

Overpriced | $1–200 Hot water tank quit working; called for them to check it. Tech came out , took 5 minutes to look around and said I needed a new hot water tank . Never did any element tests or thermostat tests to confirm that elements were burnt. Also stated there was an internal water leak. Their installation charge was $800 plus tank. Called for a second opinion and after a test on the elements it was determined that one element was burnt out and there was no leak. Replaced both elements and voila, problem solved. Cost - $150 I have no way NOT to think they were just looking to make as much as they could. BTW- for their 10 minute assessment I was charged $135. Won’t use or recommend them. I just read the notes from our tech and he did do a diagnosis and found the elements were burned out and YOU said you wanted to see if the water heater was still under warranty and would let us know if you wanted to proceed. You were given the correct diagnosis and in doing so they were there longer than 5-10 minutes. I'm not sure why you would leave this kind of review and I hope you are not doing this to other businesses.

Reasonable price | $1,600–1,800 Andrew and Steve arrived at my house exactly 30 minutes after they called to say they would be there in that much time. They quickly inspected my current hot water tank installation and assessed no unusual conditions. They went over the costs, which I approved beforehand they started work. Then they got right to it. They completed the work quickly, explaining along the way what they were doing. They validated no gas leaks after the new tank was installed. They cleaned up after themselves and removed the old tank. They did a great job. I didn’t expect that from two young guys. I would recommend them to anyone that needs their hot water tank replaced! Not sure | $1,000+ Had a sump pump installed last year and they refused to make sure the drain was up to code. Complained several times until they moved it. Still not up to code and now that it's not winter the water is pooling in the public street causing damage. I used a contractor who used this plumber... Never again because when I called last year, they were very mean! EDIT: of course your would try to make it seem like I am asking for something for free! I only asked for it to be done to code. This is a blatant lie as no inspection was required because a permit was never pulled! I paid 50% for my 50/50 retrofits program that paid Surgio over at Bellavia Construction for a complete up to code project. Don't worry, it's getting fixed and I'll just take the rest of the issues up with the BBB! Stay honest!! 🤣😂 Services Service not listed

We spoke to Rachel and wondered why after more than a year past the work being done she was leaving us bad feedback. We did our work as requested by the contractor, it was inspected by the City of Syracuse and passed. She is having problems with a neighbor and the City and is looking for someone to take the blame and pay for it. She has had all or most of her house renovations done by Peace Project, Home Headquarters and NYSerta. We had a terrible time working with her, her rage meter starts at 8/10 and she is hostile to our people. She was given an alternative method to resolve this issue but she doesn't want to spend her money to do this. We will not be going back to her house to do anything further.
