New Overpriced | $400–600 What a terrible company to deal with, starting with the owner. There was a complete lack of professionalism and customer service from beginning to end. They came to our home and, in my experience, the work was poorly executed. Our carpets and floors were damaged, and I do not believe there was any reason for them to enter the house in the first place. The water and sewage overflowed again afterward, and we saw zero results from the work performed. Despite the issue not being resolved and the job not being completed, they wanted to charge us again. What made an already terrible experience even worse was the owner’s behavior. He was demeaning, dismissive, and displayed what I felt was completely classless conduct. Rather than taking responsibility for the fact that his company had not completed the job or resolved the problem, his attitude over the phone was completely unacceptable. It’s easy to be a “big man” over the phone, but professionalism and accountability matter when you’re dealing with a customer whose home has been damaged and whose problem remains unresolved. I expected professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service. Unfortunately, that was not what we received. Based on our experience, I would never recommend Rudy Plumbing. Overpriced | $400–600 Had a water heater issue and called Rudy. Have used them in the past with good experiences. The water heater had a flammable vapor sensor error and this was communicated to the office staff. The tech was supposed to be here by 8:30am but didn’t show up until after 9. He said he was making a parts run before he came. Stupid me figured he stopped to get a new sensor. When he got here he needed to call the manufacturer of the water heater to see what to do. After an extended call, they came to the conclusion that the sensor was bad. The tech then said he would go and get one. Granted this is on my time! He went to the preferred parts supplier but they didn’t have the part. He then went somewhere else and got one. He came back, replaced the sensor and restarted the water heater. He stayed around a few minutes to make sure everything was ok. When I got the bill there was a $200 parts charge for the sensor. I thought that was a bit high so I looked it up online after he left. Well the part from several different parts suppliers plus the manufacturer was no more than $102. I called the office to get an explanation and the name of the part supplier. We’ll get back to you they said. I received no response. Called again and the person I talked had no idea what I was talking about as someone else must taken the original call. They must have let the info go in one ear and out the other. Anyway, they said they would look into it. Again, no response. Called again with the issue and was told the owner would call. Again no response. I guess once they get paid they don’t care about you anymore. Well, someone ripped me off for the part and without them getting back to me with details, I don’t know if it was the part supplier or Rudy Plumbing. Update 9/15/26 Apparently Rudy Plumbing screwed up the billing. I was told it was a “math error” made by the technician. Probably marked up the part 200% rather than 20%. That’s quite a math error to not notice either by the tech or the office. I called again and got that answer but I couldn’t get a check for the overcharge for a couple of weeks! You have got to be kidding me. They want payment on the spot but no refund for an overcharge for a couple of weeks!! That is BS. I am not going to be able to get the check until late October now since I will be out of town. I told them that to get the check before I left but no luck. The person who writes the checks just got back from vacation. Talk about ridiculous. Never again will I use this shady outfit. Services Water tank repair

I called Rudy Plumbing to repair a copper pipe that was leaking water in the downstairs washroom. Anthony T came to my house. He assessed the situation and got right to work. After repairing the pipe, he moved the washer for me and retrieved the bucket that I had placed there to catch the leaking water (which would have been difficult for me to do). Reasonable price Update (2026) 8/12/26 We had another very positive experience with Rudy's Plumbing, this is our third time with this fine company.. We had an arrival window of 2:30-4:30 pm as I am writing this they have already arrived and fixed our issues.It's 2:30 pm (Problem: Hard to find leaks under a bathroom sink.) So far we have had (Max, Todd and most recently Anthony) All gentlemen have been knowledgeable, respectful and efficient.. Let's face it nobody wants to call a plumber, but when you do need one, we feel very comfortable having Rudy's Plumbers in our home. Thanks Again, Anthony & Todd for our most recent visit.. We had a very positive experience with Rudy's Plumbing. 12/10/24 From our first phone call to Mary, everything went smoothly. They gave me a 2 hour arrival window, they called us and he was right on time. The gentleman that came out "Max" was respectful and explained what he was going to do. We had a clogged kitchen drain that we dealt with for a few days with DIY attempts, (You Tube) vinegar and baking soda and then 3 bottle of different types of drain cleaners, nothing worked. I feel very confident with Rudy's Service and would recommend them and we would definitely use them again. I feel that the price was reasonable for the work completed. Reasonable price | $1–200 Called for appointment for faucet and drain pipe repairs. Anthony arrived an hour later. He installed my kitchen faucet and also pointed out a few additional issues that he noticed during the repair. He seemed very knowledgeable and completed the repairs in short order. Reasonable price | $400–600 Made an appointment and they sent Mike out. All around great experience. Very nice, and kept me informed the whole time. Asked about my preference for shower handle replacement to make sure we were happy with where it was. Was a full valve change with new fixtures top to tub spout. Vacuumed out debris in shower, wiped everything down. Shower looks great. Am calling back for toilet next. Id say cost was pretty reasonable and Mike was done in a very timely manner. Very happy. Todd came out next to replace main shut off. Both great guys. He didn't have much pipe to work with that was coming through the floor but was able to get it done. Safe to say there's no more leaks!! Todd is the greatest plumber ever. This week I've had 3 separate plumbers come out to my apartment building over 3 days, and they couldn't find anything wrong with the toilet and bathtub that had been literally flooding the bathroom with disgusting water. Todd on the other hand, found the problem within 45 minutes of his arrival and had us squared away all the same night, and talked us through everything. Man deserves a raise!

It took roto rooter 3 days and 4 techs to only get nothing done My dude Todd shows up and in 10 minutes has found the issue and 30min later its fixed. Hes cleaning up and leaving. Highly recommend this company. If you do go with roto rooter prepare to be given the runaround and left with a dirty bathroom and a toilet that wasnt reset correctly.

Great price | $400–500 Wow… I had put off replacing shower faucets for so long they were practically impossible to remove ( 30 plus years) … I have had bad experiences with other well known plumbers, so I read up on Rudy’s and decided to call. From the lady who answered the phone to Mike, my plumber, everything went smoothly and as promised…this was a difficult installation..I wanted somewhat incompatible vintage reproduction faucets put in… there was a lot of work involved ( the prior plumbing company had made errors in addition) but Mike did it perfectly in spite of a few obstacles (he also had everything he needed right in his van) …it was a very reasonable price and I have referred Rudy’s to others who need a quality, honest plumber…if I had known how smoothly things would go, I would have done this years ago…I highly recommend them!! Honestly hands-down, this is the best plumbing company I’ve ever seen in my life. They’re very professional they’re on time they’re polite. They know what they’re doing. They’re on point. I would recommend and refer Rudy plumbing for all your plumbing needs. They even put an ad in the clipper for $25 off service or $50 off hot water tanks, which is amazing. They don’t charge show up fees. The prices are very competitive and hands-down just amazing service.

Reasonable price | $100–200 Our second time using Rudy plumbing and will call them in the future. We have gotten service calls in a timely manner and they call when they are on their way.
