After my house caught fire, they took all our clothes and appliances to be cleaned, and they said they would deliver them to my house in three weeks. But they ended up making us wait an extra week. And they didn't reach out to me when they couldn't deliver on time. This week is very inconvenient for us, we didn't have the right cookware to cook and the right clothes to wear.
