Keith showed us that there was close to 5 inches of dust built up in the vents—something we had no idea was even there. The team was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything. Hello my name is Dan and my wife and I have had them come out twice so far they are very nice and accommodating to work schedules and it's appreciated. The first time they did an amazing job they even did some sort of dry cleaning under our electric furniture it was amazing.The second time they came out they still did an amazing job on the carpet and stairs but only my wife was there and he didn't move the coachs which was disappointing with 2 dogs and a kid it needed it! I'm assuming because he was by himself this time. I still hope to use them again and make sure I'm there to help move it. Now I have to try and do it myself now which really just isn't the same as them doing it they got the magic touch! I still appreciated there business and will try them again next time Update: Reached out to me right away to do under the coaches it was just a miss understand in communication such amazing service and an amazing job definitely my go to carpet cleaners!!!!!!

Keith and his son came the day after I called them. I scheduled them for air duct and dryer vent cleaning. They ended up doing the carpets for me too when I asked about them coming back for those. Outstanding team. These techs are timely, friendly and thorough. It was a big job that took several hours because I hadn’t had the furnace vents cleaned in over 40 years. They showed me a pic of the interior bedroom vent, and I was stunned at the level of lint, dust, dander and misc debris. Now, my home smells so clean and fresh. They also cleaned the dryer vent which was almost completely blocked with hardened lint. The dryer itself was stuffed with a dangerous level of lint in spite of routine lint screen cleaning between each load. It is amazing how much faster the clothes dry now. I highly recommend the Capitano team, and I will definitely have them back again in a year for a redo. Prior to leaving, they saw my disabled husband struggle with a non-related repair and took over and got it done quickly. These gentleman get it and care. I’m so grateful that I selected these professionals.

NYE 2022..woke up that morning to 9+ inches in fully furnished man cave basement. Keith came within an hour and started pumping water and setting up industrial fans to dry out for 3+ days. He has been here every day since and also dealing with our insurance company, providing photos and measurements. He is a true class act and excellent at what he does. I highly recommend. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I didn't not have good experience with them. They were hired to clean 3 rooms and a hallway . They were here for 30 minutes and didn't move anything. The carpet looks exactly like it did before they came. I will not be using them out recommending them. Negative Quality
