Overpriced I've had more than one negative experience with these guys. On the phone they can be brusk at best but more often downright rude. Worst experience was when they did a fix on a pump that didn't last and when I called to discuss the guy was immediately dismissive and belligerent. It seemed apparent that they have a lot of unhappy customers. Services Service not listed

costs are not transparent with these guys. They give you an initial estimate which appears reasonable then the final bill is double due to charges they never disclosed. When called to complain, they just say they can't make any changes to bills after the fact. While they are responsive, I wouldn't use them again.

We had a completely positive experience with C&F Plumbing.Their representative was knowledgeable, thorough explaining the problem to my husband and me, he worked handling all aspects of cleanliness. He went so far as to take pictures of the problem in the basement since we have difficulty climbing stairs. I feel confident recommending C&F to anyone with a plumbing problem.

Hung up on me. Blew me off. Ignored multiple calls over the course of a few months. Said he would help, but ultimately wouldn't and didn't come through on something that should've been easy. John is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Never use his services, spare yourself.
