AI reads the Google reviews shown on this page, up to 300. When there are more, it reads a random sample of 300 with the same mix of star ratings as all the reviews. Each point is something at least 3 reviewers say. It shows how many, and you can open their reviews. Complaints are what reviewers report, not our verdict. We check serious ones before showing them. I never leave reviews so this is significant. I called All Router in a panic with a drain issue outside of my basement door and Ali answered. He came within 1 hour and cleaned the drain - no drama, no fuss and the pricing was very reasonable and fair. An absolute professional and also courteous and kind. Very much appreciate the excellent job and I will be a returning customer.

Ali and Luis were great and complete professionals. They came in and cleared the main line which gets clogged with buildup every few years. They were prompt and reasonably priced. I would recommend them highly.

So I've had a massive sewer problem, especially with backup in my home for about six years now. Water backs up, my dad puts in a snake and it's quiet for a little bit. But we never understood why this is a problem that keeps happening over and over again. Thankfully I found All Rooter Sewer and they took care of my SIX YEAR PROBLEM. They are so nice, so kind, and they explain everything to you in detail. This is one of the few times that I have genuinely been so happy with both the service and the job done. Thank you so much, Alinel for helping our family!!!

I live in White Plains, NY; I called Ali on Labor Day. I had never used his services before. He told me he could be at my house in 2 hours on a holiday! He called before coming to give me ample notice, showed up, and evaluated our problem (we thought for sure our hot water heater was shot after some major storm aftermath/flooding). He repaired it after 30 minutes or less, and now it's working even better than before! I am so grateful for his professionalism, punctuality, and competence! I will 100% use him again in the likely near future - can't recommend a plumber enough! Positive Quality Services Water heater repair
