Great price I don’t know where to begin. Ryan,Sara and their team rescued me. My basement flooded in the middle of the night. Ryan arrived in no time, fully explained the process and went right to work. Throughout this process Sara and Ryan were always a phone call away. My basement was stripped in no time and ready for the next phase. Their work was fast , with not a speck of debris left behind. In addition to their amazing work, comes their compassion. Sara did an incredible job handling situations for me ( I was in the hospital). Her kindness and compassion got me through more than she will ever know. Ryan equally communicated with me frequently, answering my questions with kindness and understanding. And then the team. I am not one to trust anyone alone in my house. Their work was impeccable and I completely trusted them, leaving me free to go about my day. We had a water line breakage in our home causing damage on our first level. The plumbing company we have recommended Bright Side Restoration. Bright side Restoration removed all the flooring, parts of the wall and bathroom. They provided us with all the details for the restoration plan , making this whole situation a lot more manageable and stress free. We found ourselves in the unfortunate position of needing a complete kitchen and basement renovation due to a broken pipe in our kitchen that resulted in significant Water damage. We were referred to Brightside restoration through Suffolk plumbing (Who is also wonderful!) and within one to two hours Ryan from Brightside was at our home. He took the time to walk us through step-by-step The process of filing a claim with our insurance company and immediately began the mitigation process. He even came to our home early in the morning with very little notice so that he could be there when the insurance adjuster was completing his evaluation of the damage and advocate for us. Ryan also took care of getting our belongings packed up and stored in a storage unit which he had delivered to our home. He worked directly with our insurance company to ensure that the process was seamless which took a tremendous burden off of us in a situation we were not expecting. We are extremely grateful to Ryan and his staff for helping us through a difficult circumstance. I would recommend Brightside without hesitation if you find yourself in a similar situation! Let me start by saying this review is not only for BRIGHTSIDE RESTORATION but for the companies associated with them LPS DIRECT AND SUFFOLK PLUMBING they all work together it all started with a leaking pipe in my guest bathroom in my den and ended with a flood that went all the way into the den onto my carpet I called SUFFOLK PLUMBING who I have used prior and Ken sent a plumber right over and repaired the pipe I had a real mess I asked him what do I do now and he told me to call Ryan which I did and he advised me to call BRIGHTSIDE and ask for LOU OR RYAN which I did and spoke to RYAN who advised me to call my Insurance Company and open a case and stop at that to make a long story short the next morning he sent two me who cleaned up the whole mess and took everything that was damaged out of the room and left heaters to dry everything for 2 days they were great clean neat and careful and cleaned out all the garbage and vacuumed they were great the next day RYAN came over took pictures and took my insurance information he told me to call them and tell them BRIGHTSIDE would be in touch with them and he handled everything with them which was not easy after 3 offered settlements they agreed to everything Ryan would not take no for an answer then LOU AND SARA ENTERED THE PICTURE from LPS DIRECT they handle the reconstruction and thanks to SARA SHE STAYED ON TOP OF EVERYTHING SHE IS GREAT she handled additional claims with the insurance company which is very difficult because they hate to pay and she got a different adjuster assigned who knew what she was doing and sent additional money for what they found after the reconstruction started SHE IS THE BEST and the job was finished and everything they promised was done THE FOUR OF THEM WERE GREAT AS WELL AS ALL THE MECHANICS THAT WORKED ON THE JOB AND LEFT EVERYTHING SPOTLESS BOTTOM LINE IF YOU RUN INTO ANY RECONSTRUCTION AND NEED TO DEAL WITH INSURANCE THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES TO CALL THANK YOU ALL AND ESPECIALLY SARA

Reasonable price When my regular heating company man got down on his hands and knees to check for the leak he knew was somewhere in the house heating system and found it – UNDER the tile floor in my finished basement – I knew I was in for big trouble. I called my plumbers in and they recommended that I immediately contact Bright Side Restoration and thank God I did. The repair and clean up was a huge and unexpected job and they made it go as well as it could, particularly since I was up against a deadline for a house full of company arriving for a family wedding. Great price Ryan and the Bright Side Team were amazing, our knights in shining armor! We had just moved into a new house and had a beautifully finished basement, but little did we know that a terrible leak was brewing and we were in need of MAJOR work. They came within hours (during Thanksgiving, no less!) with their power fans and drapes and got everything cleaned up - quick and clean. Reasonable price I would highly recommend Bright Side Restoration, Inc. My Basement flooded and I called Bright Side Restoration, Inc to request an estimate. I spoke with Ryan and he was very professional, knowledgeable, honest and most important to me, kind. He understood I was overwhelmed and calmly walked me through the damage and explained what my options were. He didn't take advantage and overcharge, instead Ryan was able to work with me to come up with a solution so I could afford the unexpected expense. Ryan put me on the schedule quickly, and the crew he assigned to complete my job arrived on time and they worked well together to get my job done as fast as possible. They were hard working, efficient, friendly and did an excellent job cleaning up and mitigating the mold after all the water damage. On the eve of the giant snowstorm, we of course had a cesspool backup event, into our basement. I made one call. That call was to Ryan from Brightside. He was calm, focused, and guided me through ensuring I first had a cesspool company to come clear the issue, and then, within 1 hour, before the cesspool company was done, Ryan was there to manage the interior cleanup. Overall, they responded quickly which we appreciated and the workers showed up on time and communication was great. Unfortunately, I am not sure I would use this company again. We had a water leak and unfortunately had some damage as a result. Bright Side arrived and pulled up the damaged floor and removed the counter tops and cabinets. We have no kitchen, just the rubble left behind and a broken floor. John assured us we would receive a temporary sink in the meantime. I have children and an infant grandson that is at my house almost every weekend. Just imagine what you use your kitchen sink for on a daily basis?? Especially with young children. It's one of those things you use A LOT, but you don't think much of until you need it. Anyway, the kitchen was demolished January 9th and fans were put in place to help with the drying from the water damage. They picked up the fans and any other equipment January 12th. I was surprised that no temporary sink was left at that time. I messaged John at 5:20 pm on 01/12 to ask about the sink. He responded "Once drying is done. I'll have the plumber call you to schedule." I guess it's still drying, because as of today 01/29/26, we still do not have a temporary sink or an appointment to get one. You never know you need a company like Brightside restoration until you do. The second floor washing machine malfunctioned last week leaked under the wooden floorboards and through the ceiling into the kitchen and dining room. The initial reaction of course was a pipe burst and was leaking. After the plumber and Brightside diagnosed the issue, Ryan and the Brightside team got right to work and took away the problem before I knew it existed. Ryan took control and told me what the process is and what needs to be done which includes working directly with my homeowners insurance. The claim, questions asked, all of the dialogue was never even a worry for me.
