Incredibly fast and efficient service. Cleared the roots from main drainage line within an hour after calling. Got lucky that he was in the area and stars aligned to fit me into scheduling, Donna mentioned that this worked out and if not today it would have to be sometime late next week. We are very thankful it was today. Also was able to take a quick look at a few other minor issues and a plan is in place. Took the advice of a neighbor and coworkers and called Bob Lynn & Sons after a concerning experience with another company. Donna kept me calm over the phone on several occasions while the guys worked extra hard on our disaster, even in the pouring rain! We tried every avenue (town codes, original home builder, old site plans, etc) with no luck. But they didn’t quit until they found where our drain leads to! They even checked in on a weekend during a hard rain to make sure everything was still running smoothly. 10/10 recommend!!!

Had a backup issue right before going out of town so we called on our way home. They could come a day or two later which was fine. They arrived promptly that morning and talked me through the issue and how they were going to fix it! Rob and Josh were extremely helpful and kind. It was honestly an enjoyable experience! Pricing was acceptable for the service and gave them some cookies on the way out! Great guys. Would definitely recommend. Hopefully I wont need them again but if I do, they will be my first call!
