New Great price I was able to schedule service for a non-emergency (but critical) item on short notice. The plumber showed up during the scheduled window and solved the problem with my refrigerator water line in a better way than planned with no excess labor charges. He was very friendly and professional and even took time to greet my two dogs and make them feel comfortable. I will definitely use BMR in the future for all my plumbing needs. New I've recently been having water heater issues and called BMR on Saturday. Spoke with Roger and he assured me he would have someone get back to me ASAP. I was surprised with how quickly they were able to get back to me; even on a Holiday weekend. I am pleased with the results. They worked me into their schedule and were on site in 2 days. I dealt with Roger, Donna, and the gentleman, Miller, who came to my home. Very pleased with the speed and professionalism with this business and as I mentioned to Roger afterward, I couldn't even imagine calling anyone else for similar issues. I recommend these folks and their business attitude. Pleased to leave a deserved and honest review after decades in Customer Services myself. They get all 5 stars from me!
