New Reasonable price AIR is an excellent operation. Ben Cevallos managed our restoration work quickly and well, and Joe Fiorella was the amazing PM of our rebuild project. Even the company’s executives (like Barry) became involved at the right times, helping us with the insurance companies and more. Everyone went above and beyond. Joe especially did dozens of little things for us that weren’t required but were extremely helpful. We worked with AIR due to waste water damage, and they made that difficult situation as good as it could possibly be. We now have a home that is significantly better than ever. Thank you, AIR team! New Great price I couldn’t be happier with the job they did siding my house. From start to finish, the entire process was handled professionally. Communication was excellent — they kept me updated every step of the way, explained what was being done, and made sure I knew what to expect throughout the project. The crew was professional, respectful, and extremely clean. They took care of the property while they worked and cleaned everything up when the job was finished. Most importantly, the house came out great. The quality of the work and attention to detail really shows. New Not sure Our front load washing machine decided started continuously pour water out the top during a regular wash cycle. By the time we realized what was happening, we were upper ankle deep in water. The basement was completely destroyed. I contacted AIR on a Friday afternoon and they were here within two hours to conduct the most efficient, supportive competent mitigation. They discussed with us positives and negatives of going through our homeowners insurance. Alexis was impressively competent. They made themselves available throughout the dry out process. They communicated quickly with our homeowners insurance advocating for us through pictures and testimony. Barry was patient, understanding, and kind. Jarrod was attentive, helpful, and informative.
