We are currently using All dry and in constant contact with David. I called him at 7am and he was at our house with a crew by 9am. He is so well versed in dealing with insurance companies and helps explain the entire process. We have had a great experience this far with All Dry during a really crummy water situation. We had a pipe burst in our basement on Christmas Day. I had called another service who never even acknowledged my call. I found All-Dry via google search and David called me back within less than 5 minutes of my leaving him a message and was out here the next day and cleanup began immediately after that. He and his staff were not only experts, they were professional, friendly, honest and very understanding during what was a very stressful process for us. They did amazing work and we plan on using them again within the next few months for other work we want done in our house. His quotes are more than reasonable and knowing the work that they do now, we have every faith that the next jobs they complete for us will be just as incredible! Dave and his team are professional and dedicated to providing excellent customer support for their clients. We used their company for flooring, painting, plumbing and we also needed electrical work done. They are so well organized and cleaned up after each job. They were there every step of the way to help customize our needs, we never felt like we were rushed into making decisions and that is a huge plus in customer care, for me personally. Once the job was completed, they came back to check on everything to make sure we were satisfied. Dave even stopped by to help move some stuff that was not in our contract. He is an all around good guy and he works with the best team. They care about providing excellent service and ensuring that their customer is taken care of, you don't find that these days. David at All Dry was Extremely reliable and competent at finding and resolving a mold issue in my house. He was very thorough and I could sense right away he was an honest person. When the walls were ready to be repaired, the contractor who came to replace the Sheetrock, spackle and paint did a less than stellar job, so Dave responded immediately & got someone else here to fix it- w no extra cost or hassle to me whatsoever.
