I had a septic pump scheduled, took the day off from work to be home, and they never showed up. Never called to explain why either. I called them three times to see what was going on, but was never contacted back. I understand things happen, jobs take too long and schedules get pushed back. But to no-call, no-show, and never followup is simply not a good way to run a business. Use someone who respects your time.

I can’t say enough good things about Dave and his crew! We were told 3 years ago we needed a new leach line at a cost of 10 grand well a lot of people we couldn’t afford that at the time so we were pumping it every year. Thank God our normal company could not come when we needed them, called AAA Suburban and thought I whoever that could come before that weekend! Thank God These guys came! I had told him what the other company told us… he got to looking and we had water dripping from a pipe with no water running in the house. Dave came in checked the tank on the toilets and said I bet these are leaking! Sure enough they were he told us this simple trick to do and we have no more issues! Every thing works great! He showed my husband how to check to make sure the drip stopped and it did!!! Thank You Dave for telling us the problem!!!

DO NOT USE AAA. Their poor work with improper materials caused our entire pump to catch on fire!!!!! See picture!! we purchased a home in 2020. Paperwork left to us showed AAA installed a new tank and pump in 2019. Today, we discovered the pump they installed was installed with parts that ARE NOT WATERPROOF. Casings on the end that weren’t waterproof, caught on fire, thus causing a LARGE fire and major problem. We are extremely lucky this did not explode, or turn into a labor problem. I have all of the old paperwork proving they installed this FAULTY and dangerous pump that could’ve caused an explosion and killed our children. AAA is the worst around. I’m thankful when we previously called them for assistance with the septic, they no showed but I am thankful they reiterated they did in fact complete this job.
